Bettolino reservations twice for lunch this Memorial Day weekend. I had the short rib sandwich the first visit. It was so good that I wanted to order it again Monday but got the Betto Box instead and it didn't disappoint as our waiter John recommended. It came with mushroom soup, watermelon salad, rigatoni pasta in a cream pesto sauce and salmon on couscous. Smaller portions of each since there are four items but it is very filling and delicious. Another wonderful dining experience at Bettolino kitchen! Our server was fabulous! Very attentive and knowledgeable of the items. One of my guests had severe food, allergies, and he took the list to the chef and came back and specified all the things she could have. We celebrate a birthday, they brought out a delicious pasta cake with a candle on it. I always enjoy my experience at Bettolino.
