Delivered a Walmart order here 20 gallons of milk to be exact, you’d think they offer help but the two nice cashiers literally almost robo failed at the thought of lifting a finger. But the nice lady asked if she could get me a cart from next door? by the time she could blink I had 10 gallons in already. The guy cashier did nothing besides C-3PO his way out of the hard labor. Oh and I couldn’t even get a complimentary drink or discount on my beverage! Cmon guys you gotta do better
This is in my neighborhood I've been there a couple of times now. The first time the server who took my order was very helpful handmade suggestions on the drink I chose to lessen the sweetness she also advised me that most of their drinks are made with non-dairy creamer which I won't eat and she substituted a whole milk instead. The next time I went I ordered the same drink and asked them to substitute milk and they refused sing the franchise rules don't allow substitution, so I had to choose a different beverage. Do not like the lack of ability to modify a drink based on a dietary need. Also the prices are high. I won't be going back.
The place is nice but my drink was weak. Not much flavor. Ordered the Jasmine milk tea. They have young kids who don't care so much about the quality of the drink.
Super clean, fast, cute vibes, friendly employees! Ordered the Taro Monster (taro + Oreo crumble) and Sunset Passion and both were delicious! They even have a rewards program for boba frequenters ? I can definitely see myself coming here regularly.
Excellent service!Tasty boba!Super fast!Michael Cap was great with service!
I've been to many boba shops, but I'm so glad I found a place that's as delicious, clean, and friendly as this one.The Thai tea and Taro boba here are the best of the best.
Their hours differ from what is advertised. They close at 8:30pm, their door and online hours say open til 10pm.
Came on a Sunday evening, the girls at the counter were super sweet. I got an almond latte and added boba--if you like your coffee strong like woman who fight bear in the forest, this is a good drink for you.

I found a hair in one of my drinks (and it wasn't mine...)

I went there with some friends at mine yesterday because it was in a convenient location but we were freezing and there was nothing there that wasn't cold. I've had better tie iced tea every place else I've ever had it. It was clean but you have to have a code to get into the bathroom and we had just come from a lecture -- I was having a tough time getting anybody's attention to get that code. This may not be important to everyone but now you know.
the interior is lively and chic, and the service is great. i got thai tea boba with oat milk, 75 percent sweetness. the sweetness in myopinion isn’t strong, even at the highest (75). the boba is overall delicious, def come to this lowkey boba shop! ?
Service was great and their free collectible stickers are so so cute. The boba was good, but had a rubbery texture which I personally did not enjoy. I still love the teas!
Worst tea I've ever had. The Jasmin tea tasted way too "soapy," which makes me believe the owner of this store is using cheap artificial ingredients to cut costs.
I tried Boba Hi for the first time today. I was greeted and welcomed in by a friendly staff. The menu has everything you expect from a boba place and a few novelties I haven’t seen before. I tried the coffee drink with coffee jelly at the bottom what an unusual and tasty surprise. I highly recommend it! Located in a big shopping center with plenty of parking. One of the best boba experiences I’ve had! thanks Boba Hi.
