Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

I had made reservations one week in advance for 10 people. When we got to the restaurant, we were seated in the "pope dome/room" without utensils or plates. Not only was there a pope head stuck to an enormous lazy-susan that was hard to spin, but nothing was ready for our party. The food was amazing but I think this room has to be re-done. Also would have liked the table to be set rather than our appetizers all coming out but no one can eat as no one had utensils or plates.

Food took over 50 minutes to come out. We had walk over to the bar to the drink. We ordered. Our server just complained the whole time about how busy they were and told us about her long day and her sick grandmother.

Almost an hour for food to come out, only came when I tracked down the host to ask. Food was not hot, no servers ever came to check in. Even had to track down someone just to be able to get containers, pay and leave. Understanding that it was a holiday and apparently many staff no showed leaving them busy and understaffed, but management should anticipate busy days and over staff to be more prepared.

Shout to the staff and Jessica really helped make everything quick and easy.

We hosted our Mentor Employee Holiday Party at Buca di Beppo and had an incredible experience! Our waitress, Michaela, was amazing: warm, attentive, and so patient with our group. The management team, especially Taylor, provided exceptional support. Taylor was extremely helpful, accommodating, thorough, and kind, ensuring everything flowed smoothly from start to finish.

Thank you to the entire team for helping make our celebration feel effortless and special. Highly recommend!

Great experience with our server Jess! Food was amazing as always. We also met with Manager Dahlia as I'm going to be having my rehearsal dinner at this location in June. She was incredibly nice and answered all of my questions. Can't wait to have our event with them next year!
