Just had my first Buddha Boy Meal from Trusted Gut Brewery (Former King Harbor Brewery Location) in Redondo Beach. I got my food to-go. I ordered the Carne Asada Mulitas and the Pulled Chicken Quesadilla with 2 orders of rice and beans. The tortillas were soft and fresh. The main meals were delicious, with good servings. Delicious tacos and mulitas. I love how they are not afraid to “cook outside the box”. They have the originality of a Mexican taco with a twist. You will not be sorry. The staff is personable, professional and friendly. Great food and great service all in one. Can’t wait to have them cater another event.
