I absolutely loved eating here! The location of this restaurant is perfect, right on PCH - extremely convenient for a quick bite or to sit and chat. I love the modern look of the restaurant. There is a great variety of seating with a bar, outdoor seating, and indoor booth seating as well. The food is great value for money and the beer is nice and cold. The mark of a great burger restaurant is having meat burgers cooked to perfection, as well as strong veg burger options so that everyone can eat well. This establishment did not disappoint one bit, as the meat (grilled chicken, and crispy chicken) was juicy and tender, and the veg burgers (the falafel and impossible burgers) were amazing and the buns they come in are soft. We got fries as a side and they were perfectly crispy. All in all, an absolute delight to come here!

A friend wanted a "good burger" for dinner, so we tried BurgerIM. Excellent quality and my medium-rare order was cooked to perfection. We recommend the sweet potato fries too. Management asked us for our feedback before we left. Nice that they asked and we were happy to comply. Will definitely return and spread the word.

Very clean and friendly staff. My family loves their food the bbq chicken wings are delicious. The burgers are a nice size and have a good taste.

Ordered this last night and it was the worst mistake. I thought the angus slider sounded good but it was like eating a rubber dog toy. The turkey burger was also nasty, they put some chives in the pattty so it gives a horrible after taste. The fries were supper soggy. Do not go here!

Excellent customer service! Love their salmon burger and wings. I just wish I could eat the rest of their other burgers but there was butter on all the rolls and I have a dairy allergy. Wonder if they make burgers dairy free?

I loved this place! Very clean, the employees were so nice. We were a larger party and they accommodated us and our food was brought out in a timely matter. Very clean, including the restrooms. I loved getting the different burgers, chicken sandwiches and chicken strips all in different sizes depending on how hungry we were. I also noticed Grubhub orders going out so we can even get it delivered if we don't feel like going out. We will be back!
Stopped in today for a smorgasbord order and the food and service were spot-on! We had burgers, a chicken sandwich, fries and chicken strips. Service was great, very attentive and wanting to make sure we had everything we needed. My niece loves the chicken strips with wing sauce, and my chicken was perfectly seasoned with savory herbs. They have a lot of options to build your own burgers or sliders or you can go with some of the creations they offer as well. Place was super clean too. We will definitely be back to try the salads next time around!

Great burgers! We ate there for the first time today. I couldn't decide between the lamb or beef burgers but luckily they offer small burgers so I was able to try both. They were both delicious! The fries were crispy, just like we like them. Delicious buns. Super nice staff We will be back soon!

Have eaten here a few times and like the burgers (made fresh). We also like eating here since it is easy walking distance from our house. Would rate this place four starts from previous experiences. However, unfortunately today the new and evidently not well trained cashier was confused when trying to deliver the orders. We arrived with no other customers in the business. After we ordered about a dozen or more workers arrived. When our order was ready ten to fifteen minutes later it was delivered to individual workers that had arrived sometime after us. We had noticed the first burger going to another customer and when I saw the second come out and delivered to someone else, I asked the cashier if there had been a problem with our order. I think she immediately realized she had given the burgers to the wrong people. One was being eaten and the other being held. She retrieved the one being held and tried to give to us. I said the burger had been handled and we did not want it after being handled by another customer. I followed her back to the cashier and asked how long for the replacements. With all the other orders it would be awhile. I asked for a refund less the amount for the two cokes we had (we ordered two meal deals with both burgers). She was confused on how to give a refund and had to go ask a fellow worker in the back. She came back and provided a cash refund minus the drinks and tip we had paid for via Apple Pay. Very disappointing. There was really no apology and other than that was courteous. Not sure we would go back to this business until they become a bit more experienced.

I was in the area yesterday and wanted to try a new burger place. Let's just say I love cheeseburgers! Being i had never been there before i had a lot of questions on how it all worked- the cashier was super patient with me and answered all my questions- she was great! I ordered the duo combo with 1 burger as the cheeseburger and the other burger the lamb option. It was great to be able to try 2 different burgers as part of my meal. I loved them! And the fries....are to die for...I couldn't stop eating them- the temperature was perfect and flavor was wonderful..and they have Coke products so my combo meal was perfect! I will definitely be back to support this family owned business!
