It took 6 minutes to have a breakfast burger made.
These gals are so unmotivated and slow with zero urgency of getting things prepared...
I use to work in fast food and was required to have meals ready twice as fast...

Giving high rating only bc the awesome gentleman was very helpful and understanding when i asked for no salt on my app ordered fries. Also the biscuits were freshly baked (flakey) which are hard to find nowadays at Carl's. This man should be commended and promoted. He's consistently rated high with me, not just this time. 👍

Came to use a coupon for a buy one get one free western bacon cheeseburger and when I pulled away from the order it was incorrect there was no onion rings on the burger so I had to come back and wait 15 minutes for a new order and then was refused to get a refund when I was never asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted the order made again
So amazing your cashier Gabriel! He is very friendly and kind! He made my day from the early morning. He makes delicious coffee and says that in the morning, he tries to make it a bit stronger since people want to perk up and be ready for the workday. He is caring and keeps everything clean. Thank you, Gabriel! And yes, other stores should take an example from him. 5 stars!!! I am saving this place for visiting it again!
