I have to say I am super picky about my fast food but this place never misses, my food is always hot and the service is always A1. I always get the western bacon cheeseburger and some onion rings on the side. And it always hits the spot. The employees are so helpful and friendly and always ask if there is anything else I might need with my food. Management is doing an excellent job with this place.

Worst service ever. I walk in the cook just stares at me and the manager is nowhere to be seen. Have to speak up and say hello is your manager here? Can you take my order?... Tired of standing here at the counter waiting for someone to help me. I'm on break at work I don't have all day to stand around and waste time. The manager finally comes around and says the cooks didn't know how to take orders. I explained I don't have all day to be waiting around. Then the food was still not ready so I just walked out. They're not getting my business my foods not even ready they didn't even make it. Another customer walks in and is waiting for service then just walks out because no one is helping him. The manager here is most unhelpful. Can't even sell me a cheese burger and shake. I'm hungry!!! And it smells like poop inside the store. Maybe the manager was in there taking a number 2. What she's best at.

I requested a combo meal with 3 sides of ranch dressing. The lady at the window wanted to argue over the amount of ranch that I requested. I'm not asking for this for free I am willing to pay for the additional sauce. Instead of accommodating my request she wished to argue. Carl's junior lost out on a $30 order over a 25 cent Ranch dressing. I just backed out of the drive through and went to McD'sYes, I am that petty if they wish to be that petty over 1 ranch.
