I requested a combo meal with 3 sides of ranch dressing. The lady at the window wanted to argue over the amount of ranch that I requested. I'm not asking for this for free I am willing to pay for the additional sauce. Instead of accommodating my request she wished to argue. Carl's junior lost out on a $30 order over a 25 cent Ranch dressing. I just backed out of the drive through and went to McD'sYes, I am that petty if they wish to be that petty over 1 ranch.

Never visit!What a terrible place. It really bugs me that places close before the time the post online. They were shutting a full hour before their declared store closing time in front of my face as I walked up. "Can I use the drive through?" (As that was still open for 2 hours) "No, you don't have a car...". WTAF. Never go there....

I've been here many times. This restaurant is usually good with food and service, but very disappointed today as I arrived at the drive thru 20-25 minutes before closing and the restaurant indicated they were already closed. I've worked in food service before and you do not close 20 minutes before actual closing time. Normally I would not complain, but this act is very unprofessional and felt it was worth noting.
A person of low caliber at an adjacent table, who wasn't a customer, was seen by my party and management shoving napkins up his bleeding nose. Management did nothing so I will never return.

They never have breakfast burgers ever. And is the only Carls Jr that doesn't serve breakfast burgers all day. They say they stop serving breakfast at 11am sharp and stick it. No exceptions.

I have been to this Carl's Jr several times and it was amazing but this time I tried to use one of the coupons I got from a different location and they wouldn't take it. If the coupon says Carl's Jr on it any of their locations should take it regardless of which one I went to to get the coupon

Walked in and stood there for a decent amount of time to find absolutely no one there! What kind of a business is completely oblivious that someone has stepped foot in their establishment? Walked out, for who knows how long they would take to prep the food, when it's supposed to be fast food at that!
