craving actual authentic Mexican food after visiting the beach all day? Casa playa is the perfect place to satisfy all of your desires with its unique taste and nice selection of beers. Was it a bad day/week? I love Casa Playa but today and last week not so much. I always order to go so I don't know what's in the bag until get home. The last 2 times I've been there, my chips were either burnt or non existent. My tacos were just soso. The beef was waaay overcooked or possibly yesterday's leftovers and the chicken was dry. Since I do love this establishment, I'm willing to chalk this past week to a hiccup in what is usually good solid fare.
Excellent experience! I got the chicken fajitas. I like that you can serve yourself the salsa and refill your drinks. It was much cheaper too, compared to similar Mexican restaurants in the area.
