I just went through the Chick-fil-A drive-through and ordered a 12-count meal for my daughter. What I received were small, greasy, not-fresh chicken nuggets and barely half a container of fries. I went inside to ask for fresh food, and the service attendants were looking at me and laughing like the situation was a joke—like I was crazy for asking.
You don’t pay almost $20 for a meal to get treated that way. Food is too expensive nowadays to be receiving poor quality and poor customer service. This is the second time I’ve come to Chick-fil-A and had this kind of experience.
I’m a nurse, and in my profession we cannot cut corners—we have to give people the care they deserve. It’s disappointing to see how far the fast-food industry has fallen. There’s no respect left inside these establishments, and it’s truly sad.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and some fries at their Irvine location, and the food arrived cold and with a weird taste. The fries were hard and dry, nothing like what I remembered. The sandwich was bland and the bread seemed old. On top of that, one of the drinks I ordered was missing. I went to talk to the staff, but they told me there was nothing they could do since too much time had passed since I received the food. I felt ignored and frustrated. This isn’t the quality or service I expected from such a well-known chain. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this place.

I always have a great experience at Chick-fil-A always so friendly however, this particular Chick-fil-A I went to the Hispanic ladies were not nice at all. Did not speak, the overall atmosphere was horrible. Will not be going back to that location….

They're very racist when it comes to hiring people of color
The food is usually good but they always get my order wrong some way or another. Either wrong drink, wrong toppings, wrong or no sauces, no straw. Maybe because I usually go 12-2pm. But even today there was only 1 other car in the drive thru. They still forgot one of the main sauces I requested, got my name wrong, and gave me a Dr Pepper instead of a coke ?
