A Z FACILITIES PLANT OPS
I am a regular a the PV location. We go there for lunch all the time with my executive coworkers. I decided to try this location and to my surprise, I didn't get the treatment we anticipated, the night shift supervisor was very cut throat and seem upset or just plain serious in addition wanted to charge extra for simply asking to have the sauce on the side instead of in the chicken wrap I ordered. My Daughter's pasta was cold by the time it was served. And it took and extra 10 minutes to get silverware in order to be able to eat it. I was very disappointed.

$25 for a wet pile of soup! Never again. I ordered spicy chicken. No spice, no flavor. Just a soggy pile of veggies and dry chicken.

I accidentally ordered a chicken soup from a different chicken Maison (pacific coast highway) instead of the one on Torrance Blvd. When I arrived the young lady told me I ordered from the wrong place. i was going to just order another one there and pay. However, the girl working behind the counter was so incredibly nice! She said she would call the other restaurant to cancel that order and would prepare my soup for there. It was my mistake, but she was so, so kind! I was so grateful because i was already not feeling well. Great customer service! Thank you!!
