“There's a lot of places that do Korean Fried Chicken in the South Bay, but the bbq.chicken chain does it, in my humble opinion, the best. It's double fried, so the chicken is super crunchy and super moist. I always get the wings and I love the spicy original and the galbi style. Not the biggest fan of the Caribbean style, but it is a Korean chain, go figure. The Redondo beach location is only for takeout.“

“Never have I been disappointed or dissatisfied by the service or the food. I average going there about 2-4 times a month. Most of the time it’s taking family, friends and car club members there for good eats. Food is always fresh, hot and served fast.“

“Sometime things happen;) We ordered 3 med pizzas from FB as we do 2X month as the food is GREAT however, the delivery service never delivered the pizza for whatever reason. I called and spoke with one of the managers and I was HOT , Sophia WAS AMAAAZING , She took care of the issue fully & made me feel she understood & cared and as a result kept us as happy customers. She is a professional & and asset to FB! I wish more organization had people like her around.. Thank you Sophia!!“

“The ast mgr Daniel has great customer service !I had an issue of being charged once here and once in another shop. Daniel was very attentive and called me back 3 times to fix it, and ultimately offered a full refund of the order even though it’s not their shops fault.“

My mushroom pizzawas so satisfying.The perfet balance of sauce and cheese, the mushrooms too were delicktable .Also, The person who took my order is both courteos and friendly. “IF I CAN ADD 10 STARS I WOULD CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A1 OWNER WAS SUPER POLITE & EXTREMELY NICE! FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD AND I COULD TELL THAT IT WAS MADE WITH LOVE! THE WHOLE PLACE IS CLEAN AND I CAN TELL THAT THE OWNER CARES ABOUT OUR SAFETY ENVIRONMENT! WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS TO MY POEPLE AND WILL COME BACK AGAIN!!!!“
