We got there at 5 58pm to cold brew and they said that they already took the machines down. They couldn’t sell us coffee anymore. The store closes at 7pm!!!! The staff is very unfriendly as well. Never coming back. Was very disappointed, their middle part of Cinnabon ( Center) is not a Center, it’s a whole cinabon( old one from last day or two) cut in pieces…

The young lady with glasses kinda chubby and curly hair is by far the worst worker here ! This is my second encounter with her and both have been horrible! Today we arrived at 6:58 and I only had a 100$ bill they wouldn't expect it so I walked next door bought a ring and went right back it took maybe 3 mins if that when we came back she told us she couldn't serve me that they were closed ! Mind you the hours here say 7:30 pm closing it was 7:02 !! She had put everything away and was too lazy to take one out of the batch she had just put aside !! If she doesn't want to do her job right then why work here ??? Seriously ??

Girl behind the counter gave me the vibe that I was interrupting her day by making any kind of purchase.What's worse, is not once, but twice I've had little gnat type insects in my box of six. . .I will definitely not be returning to this store. I suggest you look elsewhere, as well.

I had a terrible experience with the 3 young ladies working on Saturday 10/14/2023 .as a customer and a senior citizen I've never been so disrespected and talked to the way I was. In the South Bay galleria cinnbun..I have not yet received my refund on my credit card .I'm trying to contact the owner mark but every time I call I'm told by the same people he's not there and they doesn't know when he's coming in. I really think the owner should know what kind of employees he's hiring .

I wouldn’t give them any stars if possible,horrible service,the cashier or supervisor didn’t acknowledge us at all.They should just close this place down so we just left without purchasing anything,again horrible service…

I bought 6 pack and lady said they were fresh!! No they were not, the Cinnabons were old, hard, and stale even putting in microwave didn't get get them soft and spongy. To dry and no flavor!!! I don't recommend this place. The Del Amo Cinnabon has better warm soft Cinnabons and better service.
