The young lady with glasses kinda chubby and curly hair is by far the worst worker here ! This is my second encounter with her and both have been horrible! Today we arrived at 6:58 and I only had a 100$ bill they wouldn't expect it so I walked next door bought a ring and went right back it took maybe 3 mins if that when we came back she told us she couldn't serve me that they were closed ! Mind you the hours here say 7:30 pm closing it was 7:02 !! She had put everything away and was too lazy to take one out of the batch she had just put aside !! If she doesn't want to do her job right then why work here ??? Seriously ??

Girl behind the counter gave me the vibe that I was interrupting her day by making any kind of purchase.What's worse, is not once, but twice I've had little gnat type insects in my box of six. . .I will definitely not be returning to this store. I suggest you look elsewhere, as well.

I had a terrible experience with the 3 young ladies working on Saturday 10/14/2023 .as a customer and a senior citizen I've never been so disrespected and talked to the way I was. In the South Bay galleria cinnbun..I have not yet received my refund on my credit card .I'm trying to contact the owner mark but every time I call I'm told by the same people he's not there and they doesn't know when he's coming in. I really think the owner should know what kind of employees he's hiring .

I would like to give 0 start because I went yesterday at 7:00 PM and even the advertise say that they close at 9 PM the guy told me that they close at 6:30. Today I came back at 6:15 PM and the same guy told me that the coffee machine close at 6:00 . Really he just don't want to wash the machine . But I'm done I'm not coming back to this location with a lazy employee that doesn't want to work.

I was claiming my rewards and I wanted a classic roll and the employee told me that their store only gives minibons. They cannot give classic rolls. I showed him the app the clearly says I can claim a classic roll and he insisted that I can only a get a minibon and he really ended up giving me a minibon. I was able to get classic roll from some other Cinnabon branches so I guess it's just the employee So frustrating!

Needed a quick snack for my son after running around at the dinosaur exhibit. This location is clean.The woman who helped us was friendly and welcoming. Our mini cinnabon was good enough for my son and held him over until we had lunch. I wouldn't hesitate to grab something from here again if in the mall.

Whoever runs this place needs to train their workers on customer service and how to scan a birthday reward. My sister had her bday reward for free Cinnabon bites or whatever they're called and the girl at the register literally said "You're gonna have to wait for the manager. I'm stressed out idk how to do it" like girl??? I would never say that to a customer. I get you're stressed but that was unnecessary, all we wanted was to do was redeem her bday reward. We read a couple reviews before going back and I'm glad we did because they all say the manager has no customer service skills and it definitely reflects on his employees. Go to the Cinnabon at del amo if you can, this place sucks and you might not even be able to redeem your FREE bday reward

This Cinnabon has the most unprofessional Environment I had ever experienced, The manager Is the main one who is disrespectful. Before taking my order there was a customer in front of me who simply asked for a cup holder and because the manager decided he didn't need one, he dismissed the customer which was completely rude when he can accommodate the customer. The employee who was cashier in taking my order was very polite then comes the manager trying to teach the employees something with a rude attitude like he was mad or something. Man I'm just saying if you're going to be a Manager/Owner people need do better that includes knowing how to handle your customers and employees with the utmost respect, as a customer myself that was a very uncomfortable experience and will not be returning to this location.

If I could give this place -10 stars I would. The young girl at the cashier is very rude, Ghetto rude, to the point that she looks mad that she finally gets a costumer. The lady in the back looks very unhappy as well. Please do not I repeat DO NOT support businesses where they don't value your business.
