I ordered the classic pita sandwich with lamb, the meat was not cooked the meat was cold. I wouldn't buy from here again. Now that I'm checking the reviews, they are not good. I usually check reviews before going anywhere to buy food, but I was hungry and rushing. Always check reviews, this place doesn't have great reviews.

Daphne's food was always consistently good. This visit was a disappointment. The gyro was greasy and left me with a sour stomach. I hope this was just a bad day

I love Mediterranean food and was wary by the "California greek" branding but the food was perfect. Went 3 times and loved it every time. Also their soda machine has Orange, cherry, and vanilla syrup to customize your drinks. The restaurant was spotless every time no matter what time I came in and even when I came in right before closing (by accident I always try not to but I read the hours wrong) and even when I asked them if they just wanted me to go so they could go home they insisted they take my order and busted out an incredible meal.
Lunch special of half chicken , pilaf, fresh roast vegetables pita and tzaki was the tastiest Mediterranean chicken I have had.in South Bay! Vegetables also seasoned in most tasty roasted version I have had I in long time. Easily could.be shared by 2 small appetites. Bravo Daphnes ?

The lady who took our order was very nice and professional.Unfortunately the food was horrible. The vegetables were soggy, the meat was dry, the small amount of hummus they gave was an insult and the price for this terrible food was pretty expensive.We won’t be eating there ever again. Thanks.
