The food is terrible I expected $80 dollar service Uber never order is my first time tasty the food please make the giod chilaquiles tortillas is fake old +is more onions you must have put onions in the sauce in chilaquiles chicken wings is old I take pic people never order in this restaurant is old and fake food I don't care for pay but great food not garbage terrible

OMG! This is my Favorite Mexican food place! Everything is fresh, tasty, authentic and flavorful! The Cashiers are nice + friendly! You won't be disappointed! A hole in the wall with limited seating but is on the Pier with ample seating! Bring lots of quarters for parking! Weekends are hectic but during the week is easier!

Absolutely fantastic late night Mexican food at the pier.
Great prices and great food at this late night outdoor restaurant.
I usually eat here when staying in Redondo beach and everything it's great.
Sub $20 meals and decent portions.
I had the chicken quesadilla tonight and it was awesome.
The pier is a real piece of so cal history too, so it's a treat to soak up the atmosphere.
Can't reccomended it enough

First time coming here the service is awesome!! They are super nice and I ordered the Birria tacos with cheese and it was amazing. 🤩I’m going to come back here for sure for these tacos!!

First impressions are everything. This was my first time eating here and it was terrible. They have so many signs covering the windows you cant even see who you are talking to.

The atmosphere was great but the California burrito I bought was the worst I’ve ever had. The burrito was extremely dry and did not have much inside.

The burrito did not have carne asada but more of this type of meat cooked with sauce. No sour cream, no avocado or guacamole, no pico de gallo. Just cheese and meat old french fries. The french fries tasted old and were stale. Overall pretty unhappy

Im not a picky eaty but i felt like i was eating mostly tortilla and this beef. But i paid almost 15$ for this and was dissatisfied

I’m from Chicago. I travel all over this world. I had 1 shrimp, 1 fish and 1 birria taco. These were some of the best tacos I have had! Great job guys. Lots of love put into the food.

Fast service and amazing food. More variations of birria tacos than you could imagine in your wildest dreams. Not to mention, had sodas with real sugar in them. The ceviche wasn't bad either. Offered extra chips. And all of this for extremely reasonable prices. This mail made our day!

Located on the Redondo Beach Pier in California, and open later than most other restaurants on the pier!

Food 5* husband and I both tried the quesabirria tacos. Had a nice crisp taco shell, birria was flavored well. I assumed it came with a side of consomé, but it does not. Honestly the meat is so juicy you don’t really need it!

Our friends chose the chicken tacos and torta de birria. Both said their meals were great!

Their elote was alright. We live in Nebraska, so it’s hard to enjoy corn unless it’s fresh. I am assuming they use canned corn.

Crepe was cooked nicely. Can’t go wrong with strawberries, bananas, Nutella, and whipped cream!

We went back our last day of the trip for their funnel cake! Possibly need to change their oil? The funnel cake was aright but either old oil or slightly overcooked.

Service 5* Everyone was very friendly!! Service was quick and food was brought out to us instead of having to use the pickup window.

Atmosphere 5* Right off the pier, you can see and smell the ocean from the tables right outside the restaurant. It is outdoor seating only, even if there’s not space on the few tables in front there are plenty of options just a short walk to a bench or table. Obviously plan for the weather since it’s outdoor seating!

Overall we would go back to this restaurant! They have a huge selection of food options for lunch, dinner, hitting your sweet tooth, and they are even open for breakfast!

Parking: There is a paid parking garage located within 200 feet of this restaurant. Kiosks in the parking lot for payment.

Kid-friendliness: Redondo Beach Pier is kid friendly. Located on three boardwalk this restaurant is just minutes walk away from a skate park, water park, shops, the beach, and amazing views of the ocean!

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes the restaurant is accessible. The parking garage has elevators to get to the main deck, I did notice about 3/4 of the boardwalk has been refinished.

Wheelchairs may have some bumps in the area of the boardwalk that is still being redone. Signs indicated refinishing would be complete by November 2024.

Also note there are parts of the boardwalk that are at an incline, so may need someone to assist if using a manual chair.

The best food I've ever had at a Mexican restaurant. It's Authentic! No canned pinto beans or canned enchilada sauce everything is made fresh!!!! Will be coming back again! The staff deserves a tip for your order!!! Because the food is so delicious ? the birria is so good!!!! ? I loved it more in the birria tacos with cheese!

We loved it here. We ordered a birria quesadilla. The dude at the register was way cool; he was very much a people person, so I felt very welcome to order here. They came outside to deliver the food to us while we were waiting at the tables outside. The food was really good! I think this is going to be our new go to spot. Could not beat the location as well. I highly recommend this place. It was not busy when we went just after lunch hour on a Saturday.
