The Thanksgiving buffet was excellent! Lots of both traditional and Mexican choices. Not too crowded either.

Really enjoyed the Thanksgiving Day Buffet. Traditional Thanksgiving fare offered plus Mexican favorites. Great dessert layout including pumpkin pie, jello, flan and fresh fruit. Seated promptly upon arrival per our reservation. Thank you for a very enjoyable holiday experience!

Over all experience was just ok. From the beginning the sitting arrangements were bad. Honestly the way the middle tables are set up is very bad. If your walking you bumped into people that are sitting down and if you're sitting down people bump on you. Being that you have to keep getting up since is a buffet is really annoying. Our server was quite rude. We had to keep asking for stuff and he seemed annoyed when doing so. Being a large party he got tipped very well as gratuity was already charged. Food was running low and slog of times empty and they took a long time to refill. Floors were dirty and sticky. It was a big bill for the food ambience and service.

The final Game of the World Series was on TV, and, I believe almost everyone stayed home to watch. The restaurant was relatively empty for a Saturday night, they gave us our favorite table in the corner by the windows. Food and service were great, and from our table we could see the TVs in the Bar and follow the game. Unfortunately, it was a cloudy evening and we could not enjoy the sunset, can't blame the restaurant for that, besides, we had a game to watch instead.

Would say I'm coming here again! You got the perfect view, although we asked to sit near a window, they could not give us that. However, seeing the ocean was still a beautiful view from far away. Food was delicious, drinks were good!

Wanted drinks with a view and thats exactly what i got when i stopped by el torito. Daniel was my server, he was very attentive and recommended their new old fashion which he said was smoked, it was for sure smoked. Came in a rock glass with a topper that sent oak smoke to the drink and made the flavors stand out. Recommend it 100%.

I went there to celebrate my Birthday, everyone was pleasant there from the door greeter, the waiters, and manager. I guess it was in the Universe because I messed up with the reservation and had it for two when it was for a party of eleven, it was for the Sunday brunch. My event was for 11:15am and we were able to be seated by 11:20am because someone cancelled. Everyone was pleased with the bufffet and bottomless mimosas. They were able to accommodate us with the bill . Overall everything was Great.

Took the wife out for our anniversary to dine at el torito for the view and it did not disappoint, Tony did an amazing job taking care of us and even gave us a small ice cream to celebrate. We will for sure be back ama ask for Tony.

Hostess was very unprofessional. Even though almost all the restaurant was empty she refused seating and said we have to wait 45 minutes even though there was reservation available in 5 minutes. When we booked the reservation available, she didn’t like it and told the person seating us to put us to an uncomfortable table and we heard her say don’t let them sit anywhere else. Even though we repeatedly asked for other tables available she said there’s nothing she can do. We told her it was a birthday celebration and yet we were treated very bad. We’ve seen her talking to the waiter and not sure if it was related but the waiter didn’t end up showing up for almost half hour. When finally a waiter showed up he said it was supposed to be someone other waiter’s table but there is a confusion and he will help us. After asking for the check we had to wait another 20 minutes to get the check and had to walk to the cashiers ourselves to be able to get out of there. Horrible experience all over. Never going there again

Rude and unprofessional lead host. Went labor day before the dinner rush to give you an idea when she was working because this behavior is unacceptable. She personally went out of her way to give us a bad experience for our whole entire meal. Side note: she was treating the other host horribly to a point of humiliation.

This location fails at customer service. They are on my blacklist.
We arrived late, understood. It was 9:35 pm and when we checked in for a party of 5, they quoted us 25 minutes. We accepted and sat down right in front of them on the bench.
at 9:50 pm, a party of 7 arrives and are told 25 minutes since we are seated waiting right in front of the check in booth, we could hear.
at 10:04 I get a text that my table is ready so we stand, but the party of 7 pushes there way past us and they seat them. When the girl gets back, she has to look us up which I can see the times, and all. She seats us two tables over.
10:30 we called for a manager, as 25 minutes had passed. The party of 7? Had chips before we were sat, and their drink order taken. They had food before a waitress even showed up to help us. Only after we explained to an employee that we had to call over what was going on. Manager never came over to say anything, waitress apologized. We got 3 of the 4 dinners, the 4th dinner came 10 minutes later – no dressing for the salad and the waitress never came back to check on drinks, or if we were ok. Honestly – while the food was sub-par in all honesty, stale chips, etc. it was the service and how we were treated that put them on my black list.
