The G-Hub is a gorgeous local community gem in Redondo! The protein shakes are delicious and clean nutrition (very low sugar content and high protein). More importantly, the owner (Heather) is the nicest and most positive welcoming person with the biggest smile you have ever seen! I like to come grab a shake and get some emails done in a clean high-energy environment to break up the work from home routine. Thank you Heather and G-Hub, see you again soon!
Kid-friendliness: My 2 year old was out of school and she welcomed us to hang out and play with toys in the shop while I enjoyed meeting other locals in our community

This is one of the best new additions to Redondo. Very high quality food, very healthy, great ingredients, and I always have good energy after. The best part is the owner, Heather. You get her positive energy for free, and it's abundant!

First time trying this place and wow I never thought a protein shake can taste that delicious I was really drinking it dry until there wasn’t any more to drink haha can’t wait to try more flavors I got the strawberry cheesecake with b12 energy!

This is where I go for my daily dose of gratitude and energy! Heather is full of smiles and positivity. The Citrus cider and the chocolate peanut butter protein shake, are my favorites.

I've only had the peanut butter balls, so if they are considered food - then awesome!!! Service is always friendly and Heather's store is always immaculate!! The protein shakes are so yummy, I wish I could have bigger servings!! Can't say enough how this little cute happy place makes my day every time I visit!! xox

I first went to Gratitude Healthy Hub when they first opened because I wanted to try their shakes. I was AMAZED at how yummy and delicious the shakes were and so whenever I come back to the S. Bay Area to visit my parents, I stop by there to get my fill on the shakes. I use it as a meal replacement whenever I go there and it fills me up until dinner time. My favorite shake is the PB one. Yummy!

Just had the mint meal replacement. Don’t need t feel guilty because it’s high protein, low carb and low sugar. Sooooooo delicious and I am picky about my mint chocolate .

Excellent vibe, excellent drinks, excellent challenges. It’s such an awesome atmosphere. The people are amazing! I’ve tried their Wildberry Mango along their Coffee Crunch, Protein balls, etc… and they have a beautiful community. Check them out if you haven’t yet. I’m a regular. ?
