Love this place! Heather is absolutely amazing! She is so motivating, positive, and inspiring. Every time I stop by for a drink, I can truly feel the difference in my day. I feel so much more balanced energy the rest of the day/night without any crash. You can tell Heather really cares about helping people feel their best. I wish I could come here every single day! Heather at G-Hub nailed it. The chocolate peanut butter cup smoothie she made me was incredible. Perfect flavor, amazing texture, and the protein-to-calorie ratio was spot on.

Finally found a place in Redondo Beach where I can grab something quick that actually fuels me instead of setting me back. I’m usually running from meeting to meeting, and it’s such a relief knowing I can swing by here instead of a fast food spot.

Great vibe, great macros, and a killer alternative to a meal that would’ve easily been five times the calories. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in the area!

Stopped by Whole Foods and saw this store next door and tried the Latte with Protein that was recommended and it was fantastic- I will definitely be back again!

The G-Hub is a gorgeous local community gem in Redondo! The protein shakes are delicious and clean nutrition (very low sugar content and high protein). More importantly, the owner (Heather) is the nicest and most positive welcoming person with the biggest smile you have ever seen! I like to come grab a shake and get some emails done in a clean high-energy environment to break up the work from home routine. Thank you Heather and G-Hub, see you again soon!

Kid-friendliness: My 2 year old was out of school and she welcomed us to hang out and play with toys in the shop while I enjoyed meeting other locals in our community

I've only had the peanut butter balls, so if they are considered food - then awesome!!! Service is always friendly and Heather's store is always immaculate!! The protein shakes are so yummy, I wish I could have bigger servings!! Can't say enough how this little cute happy place makes my day every time I visit!! xox

I first went to Gratitude Healthy Hub when they first opened because I wanted to try their shakes. I was AMAZED at how yummy and delicious the shakes were and so whenever I come back to the S. Bay Area to visit my parents, I stop by there to get my fill on the shakes. I use it as a meal replacement whenever I go there and it fills me up until dinner time. My favorite shake is the PB one. Yummy!
