Excellent plant based food.

Oh boy
Had two dishes to go, came home n noticed the dark sauce was spilled , they put the item which had sauce in a container that can easily be opened n spilled
Called the restaurant to let them know by sending a pic or two for hoping for better next time
Their response was not even funny. They said it was fine when the food left the restaurant,therefore it’s not their fault. I didn’t pack the food nor lying about what had happened. How do they treat customers like that they’re lying?
I’m posting the pictures to let you all know since the restaurant doesn’t care to see the photos. I will not go back nor recommend to get their food. We didn’t want to consume the food as it’s more hassle to take the messy containers out and also all the sauce spilled

Oh well, I wasted my hard earned money!
Apparently one container which contains a heavy rice pushed down the other one underneath. I even told them and they denied what I was experiencing and they’re very firm about that unfortunately!

AMAZING food & great service!

First of all, trust the board, they do have top vegan pad-thai and pho. We tried both, both great! Then we also tried their Mongolian beef, which was delicious and perfec consistence. We were served by Maggie, she is amazing, so positive and friendly. We will come back. Thank you!

Great flavor, fast service, friendly people.

Not only do they have amazing food but their service is 10/10! They are kind, quick and very accommodating. It was our first time here and the young man started showing us a bunch of pictures of all the food without hesitation. He took our order and delivered our food with a SMILE the whole time. They checked up on us, served us more water when needed. The ambiance was so comforting. Everyone looked so happy working there. It made it such a pleasant place. Order the original pho it was SO GOOD! They also had a coconut where you get the whole coconut :) I don’t usually do reviews but they deserved one, check them out!

Hip little restaurant with a lively server. Thenportions could be bigger. The fish in the clay pit was tasty, but it was mostly sauce and less fish and veggies.

AMAZING food and maggie I believe her name was the sweetest ever! I got the pan fried noodles and chicken drumsticks. I wish we had one of these back in texas. Can’t wait to visit next time i’m in LA

This is one rare case where healthy meets delicious and it is truly a pleasure to eat your veggies. Some of our favorites are the pho, eggplant, tofu.. honestly the entire menu is fresh and popping with flavor. They offer various stir fried dishes, soups, noodles, rice, salads and some unique creations that are hard to categorize. The location is in a large shopping center on PCH very near the Catalina post office. Happy Veggie has been around a long time because the food is amazing and the people there are great too. The quality and freshness here are second to none.. they do get a little crowded at peak times but that is because it so good and we don't have a ton of vegetarian options in the area.

My wife and I are both vegan and LOVED the food here. Portions are large! The Golden Tofu starter can share between two. Pho was lush! We would come again but we live several thousand miles away. DOH!

We were so pleased to find this place within walking distance of our hotel. Delicious food and excellent friendly service. The golden tofu with black pepper and lemon dip was a revelation.
