Hot Dog on a Stick

This is always a mall must have but this missed the mark on every aspect. Food wasn’t good and service was not good at all. Don’t recommend it. Lemonade is the only reason I’ll stop by.

If they were acting in good faith they would have:- Alternated their lunch hours (they both went to lunch at the same time)- Written the time they would return, then honored that time... but they weren't, so they didn't... ?‍♂️

Amazing fresh squeezed lemonade, fresh cooked hot dogs and funnel cake sticks.Quality business that is always nice for a convenient snack, refreshing drink, or a tasty meal.

Vegetarian options: There are both veggie dogs and cheese dogs if you'd prefer.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love it. I know I did when I was a kid.

Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to eat keto or low carb you may want to try somewhere else, they pretty much just have fried foods and sweet drinks.

Staff at this location are have no sense of customer service are incompetent and rude. Lemonade cup busted before I could even drink any, literally at a table in front of the counter within eyesight within minutes of purchase. I walked to the counter and asked if I could get another since all of it obviously poured out all over the floor and Stephanie (overweight with a terrible attitude and horrible eyeshadow) told me I would have to pay for a refill. The cup broke before I could drink any and you can’t replace it?!?!? On top of that I am bariatric so I was very much looking forward to the lemonade due to my health restrictions while eating. Will never patronize here again.

What I like is right here. I know it is not perfect, but it is good enough for me.

Person in charge, taller, beard, wears sunglasses on shift, very unprofessional, unhelpful, shouldn’t be the self reported manager or manager. Ownership is either incompetent or non existent. Lawyers will be reaching out to ownership over lack of cleaning standards, coming from DPH. And discriminatory behavior toward AA customers by the “manager”

The cashier named Stephanie was very rude an horrible service thank God I didn't allow her to get under my skin but this is y I always go to the Cerritos mall an get my favorite because there always rude messed up my order smh very disappointed

4/1/22I didn't know they changed the lemonade recipe to artificial lemonade.

Case and the Young white gentle have amazing customer service.I don’t like hot Doggs but he made me buy a few with there Generosity.They we’re served hot fresh mmm mmm I highly recommend this place.
