This In-n-Out just keeps getting worse and worse. Couple times I was missing an item or my order was incorrect even though it was stated correctly on receipt. Then I found myself with hardly any lettuce on my burgers or too much salt on ny fries and now WORST of all I found a black hair in my fries! In and out always the place to go. Food is good all locations. Sometimes service differs. The only reason I have a 4 stars is because they didn’t have all the items I ordered ready at the same time. It is very abnormal for this to happen.

Walk in 15 minutes before closing at 12:45, and greeted by friendly employees. Even though the tables were not clean, we are still very happy to get our in n out fix leaving LAX.

I went around 11:45PM. The drive-thru was overflowing, unable to park or exit the parking lot. The wait inside was endless, but they seemed to be working pretty hard! But they were taking care of the drive-thru more than inside customers. The clientele is scary at night - it’s almost like a zombie apocalypse movie to avoid, especially if you’re a woman alone. The worst part is that my burger and fries were frozen after almost 1 hour of waiting. Disappointing!!!! and the kitchen was flooding and nasty.

Probably the most simple menu out there but definitely one of the best burgers out there as well. They only offer Burgers fries soft drinks and shakes but if you know how to order satisfaction is guaranteed. I get a double double with grilled onions, they will ask if you want the onions chopped or whole I recommend getting a whole grilled onion. An order of animal style fries a cherry coke and a chocolate shake to split with your loved one or bestie the food is excellent the staff is very accommodating and helpful but be Warned the lines can get pretty long but I promise it's worth the wait your taste buds will thank you.
