I asked for a super sub they made it wrong the first time the person that was making it gave up and checked me out and had somebody else remake it while I was checking out and still made the wrong sub with turkey. Very disappointed. I don’t believe I will be going back. Especially with the Customer service and attitude.

Sorry for the small business review! I was shocked at the poor quality & quantity! We got about half of sub sandwich, paid $26 for two, including tip! They said they don’t do coupons either! My turkey sandwich, was wet and soggy, my granddaughter’s had hardly any vegetables!

They prioritize Uber Eats/Door Dash orders over customer walk-ins. Literally had to wait 20 min to order and pay for 2 sandwiches. They were making sandwiches for all of these online delivery apps instead of people standing there waiting. So disappointing.

This Jersey Mikes is really a well oiled machine! The team work here is really great! Watch the crew work together like they are in the only mindset of ONE TEAM! Great experience! Highly recommend!Parking: Right in front of establishment.

Just ordered some food to go . I was greeted by the employees very graciously. Thomas was very patient while I waited for my family to order over the phone . I had made some special requests,ie well done ,little of that more of that . Mark educated me about the products they had and made some suggestions as to further purchases . The restaurant was organized and very clean probably the cleanest I have seen from this chain . All the shelves for chips were full as if they were getting ready for a photo shoot . The soda machine and the area surrounding it were clean and well kept . Very impressive as to a fast food restaurant with a lot of traffic. Management you have hired a great team and your training has paid off . Thanks again to Thomas and Mark for a great experience. Looking forward to that turkey club that you both recommend with that fantastic looking bacon .. Great Job !! Very happy client

We are regular customers as we live within walking distance. My favorite sandwich is the Roast Beef and Provolone. (I always order double meat) But who likes brown, over cooked roast beef? I was just in, and asked if there was any roast beef that was on the rarer side. The clerk showed me what he had - the very last bit of a roast beef, completey grey brown, and he said he would fetch a fresh one from the back. He then came back and was told by his manager that I had to eat the overcooked remains, instead of fulfilling my request for a properly cooked Roast Beef. Thanks for nothing, I guess you don't give a s**t about your regulars, who always tip. Why would I pay for second rate left overs? Shame on you. I left and spent my money at your competitor.

First there was a super long wait and no organization. Second I ordered the Club with no ham and they purposely charged me a number 7 and added a $1.69 charge for adding bacon, when the club comes with bacon. I said something to the worker and he told me that the 7 was cheaper. And actually my sandwich I ordered was only .20 cents more. Guess times are tough when you purposely lie and force extra charges. Not coming again. I didn't want to argue cause there was a long line. And I still tipped but U didn't like how rude and calculated it all was. I love Jersey Mikes and will now support Jimmy Johns- they are also much faster and polite
I ordered a giant Philly steak sandwich. Very dry and tasteless. I could have eaten at Carl's Jr for less.Parking: It's in a plaza ,so there is plenty parking.

I just started working in the neighborhood and came for lunch on a Thursday 1:30pm. The worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered the Philly “giant” and it was skinnier than the Olson twins. Preparer did not ask me if I wanted anything else on my sandwich, I would have wanted Mayo and jalapeños but never offered. No upsell, no offer to enroll in rewards, didn’t even ask if I wanted a drink, or how I wanted my sandwich cut. Will not be back for a $20 waste of my lunch break, too many better options in the area.
