I really enjoyed my visit to Juicy Dumpling Factory. The dumplings were fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. The soup dumplings in particular were delicious and definitely the highlight of the meal.

The prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion size, which makes it a great casual spot if you’re craving dumplings. The service was quick and efficient as well.

Really enjoyed this place! Restaurant was clean and service was fast and friendly. Some of my regular orders at Chinese restaurants are XLB and Dan Dan noodles, but they were just okay here. The real stand outs here were the green beans, beef roll, and the regular steamed dumplings. Each was so much better than other local places and I’ll definitely be coming back for more! No hot green tea was a little disappointing, but the quality of the food more than made up for it! Also free refills on sodas is unheard of at most other Chinese restaurants. All around great food and service!

The food I had was good but daughter was throwing up after likely eating a lot of rice. Not sure if it was food poisoning or what but this is the only food she ate for dinner.

Pork dim sum was only okay and we didn’t even want to eat the pan fried dumplings. Service was very slow and you had to flag down a waiter to get anything. Prices seemed way too high for what you got. One order of 8 dim sum was $15!

Dumplings were 4/5 stars not bad, but not the best Ive had. Rice was a little dry as if it had been prepared in advance snd sitting out. BBQ buns were 2/5, Ive had better ones from costco. Water tastes like tap water.

Love dumplings and was very excited to try this new local spot. Service is beyond slow. It’s like the servers are on downers. Took ages for anyone to even approach the table and we were never checked on again-not to see if everything was OK, not to see if we wanted more food, and not to drop the check. When we asked for lemon, we were told there is not one lemon on the premises. What??? When we asked for rice vinegar, we were told, “we only have ‘vinegar’” and pointed to the dark vinegar on the table. This is a staple ingredient in Chinese dishes and also used as a condiment on its own. The food was OK, but lacks flavor. The dumplings are well prepared, but the filling needs more seasoning. Doubt we’ll ever go back and definitely wouldn’t recommend. Bummer cuz we love dumplings.

Highly recommended and its the truth. Not bots making fake reviews. Food was fresh and cooked to order. Portions were large and delicious. You can tell it used to be a Dennys but they did a great job renovating. All the waiters were on top of their game and very attentive. Will be back and thank you for bringing a great new restaurant to the south bay!

Heard so many good things about this restaurant. We went and weren't completely impressed. The Service was top-notch - I believe her name is Abrigail? She was patient and amazing. We ordered the cucumber salad to start - amazing. The juicy pork dumplings and the pan fried chive, shrimp and pork dumplings we just OKAY. We also ordered the fried pork with mashed garlic, and Dan Dan noodles - GREAT!! Not sure if we'll be back, but who knows.

Such great, authentic Chinese food. Expect prices to be lower than Dan’s Modern in MB Mall & portion sizes better for the soup dumplings. Equivalent quality, flavor & taste as The Northern Cafe in El Segundo. You won’t be disappointed!

If you love soup dumplings and pan-fried dumplings but hate long waits, tiny portions, and spotty service, Juicy Dumpling Factory in Redondo Beach is the dim sum upgrade you’ve been looking for. We had the cucumber salad, steamed juicy dumplings, pan fried dumplings, chicken fried rice, Dan Dan noodles, mango yogurt, beef roll, fried green beans, scallion pancake, mashed garlic spare ribs, spicy wontons, and braised beef noodle soup. We waited only 10 minutes for a table on Saturday evening. Service was fast, food was delicious, and we’ll be back soon!

I heard a lot of good things about this place, so decided to try it out. The food was excellent. Loves the juicy dumplings. Also had the spicy pork dumplings, green beans, and cucumber salad. All awesome. I'd give this place 5 stars, EXCEPT they didn't have hot tea! What kind of Chinese/Taiwanese restaurant is this place that doesn't serve hot tea? It's practically blasphemy! But, since this place is new, hopefully they'll eventually do the right thing and have hot tea available someday....soon?
