Love this place. Amazing smooth coffee, real mugs and glasses available and super nice owners. I love the oat milk latte... Both hot and chilled. Also love that they use glass straws if you have your drink there.

From the moment I walked into Kaffeine Coffee Bar in Redondo Beach, I knew I’d found a new favorite spot. The aroma of freshly roasted beans hits you the second you step in, and the space has that perfect balance of cozy and modern that makes you want to stay awhile.

I started with an espresso, rich, balanced, and perfectly pulled, and followed it with their cold brew, which was smooth, bold, and had zero bitterness. You can tell the baristas here really care about the craft. And the pastries? Absolutely fantastic. They’re from Sweet Wheat, one of my favorites, and you can taste the difference: buttery, fresh, and just the right sweetness.

The atmosphere is relaxed but elevated: lots of natural light, comfortable seating, and a friendly staff that knows how to keep things moving while still making you feel welcome. It’s a great spot whether you’re meeting someone, catching up on emails, or just enjoying a quiet morning.

What stood out most is that everything here feels intentional. The quality of the beans, the presentation, even the playlist in the background. Kaffeine doesn’t try too hard; it just delivers excellent coffee, amazing pastries, and a neighborhood vibe that keeps you coming back.

If you’re in or around Redondo Beach and love good coffee, this place deserves a permanent spot on your rotation. Five stars all the way.

Aloha coffee! Wow what a unique and refreshing coffee, was a bit skeptical initially but so glad I tried it! Truly a perfect refreshing cold coffee for a hot day!

It’s a cute place with a lot of potential. I was disappointed to be up charged 75 cents for low-fat (2%) milk. While their menu does state there is an up charge for alternative milk, low-fat milk is not considered alternative milk at any other coffee shop I’ve been to. It’s usually for soy, oat, or almond milk (and usually 50 cents at the most). The taste of my cappuccino was ok - but a little too milky.

Great new coffee spot on the north end of the village in the old Swell Deli location.. very comfortable, clean, minimalist interior with cool furniture and a relaxed beach vibe. Their drinks are top quality and the service is excellent. There are a few tables outside on Catalina and plenty of seating inside to chill or work or catch up with friends. Every coffee shop down in the village has a unique character.. Kaffeine feels like a vibrant cafe, young, happening, bright and inviting... a welcome addition to our side of the village, and a great place to drink in the afternoon sun through their huge windows and relax along with your beverage of choice. They are quickly developing loyal regulars that come in day after day. Come try out Kaffeine espresso bar.. prices are super reasonable too.. try one of their sandwiches.. yum.

Very unfriendly server. When we asked which version of a drink he recommended (iced or hot) he dryly said ‘I done know - I haven’t tried either’. He couldn’t be bothered to give us details of the alternate milks when we asked. Drinks were just so so. Place was sterile like an empty warehouse. Would definitely not return.

Little too coffee-ish but good.

I went to the establishment today for the first time, I knew it was a new place and I wanted to check it out. It was not very clean, especially the bathroom where the toilet paper was sitting on the ground. There were sandwiches with meat in them, on the counter under a plastic lid without refrigeration. There was a guy there making drinks that smelled like cigarettes so bad it was stomach turning. Every time he spoke the fumes of cigarette smoke would come into my face. After driving all the way there because I heard of the new place, I did buy a drink, but had to turn around and take it back and get a refund because it actually was so bad. I will not be revisiting this place at all, sad because it's in a wonderful area.
