Cool restaurant with great atmosphere and nice service. The margarita flight was a great option. Food ( I ordered a carne asada fajita) wasn't great but a nice vibe and good service.
Kalaveras has some great Mexican food. Have been coming here for years. The menu has a great variety of dishes. Salsa and chips are always on point. Seafood has always been fresh, love their aquachilies. Right near the beach not much more you can ask for. Prices are definitely reasonable for the portion sizes.
The food was delicious. Very creative spin on Mexican, which included exciting vegan choices. We dined there on a Saturday afternoon and the atmosphere was open and friendly. Eager to return after dark and see the festive decor under lights.
