This place has very good ramen, when I came I tried the original tonkotsu, and for a nice winter meal it hit the spot in every category, the broth was fresh and rich, the noodles were perfectly cooked, the pork was fresh, the onions and woodear mushrooms were simply perfect! It wasn’t too expensive either, the takoyaki pair perfectly with the dish, and the service was very pleasant! I gladly and happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a good traditional bowl of ramen

Delicious ramen and gyoza. Spicy broth is SPICY and I know spice...I enjoy super SPICY food and often am disappointed...not here. Satisfied and hope to return.

Parking: Part of mixed use residential apt/condo bldg. Parking structure is not accessible from NB PCH, only from SB. Easy to miss. Street parking is limited in front. Parking is free for businesses, just inside the structure entrance.

This is the best vegan ramen I’ve had in LA. I tried the Tonyu Kick and it was delicious. The brussel sprouts were perfectly fried, the broth was insanely good, and the tofu was amazing. Can’t say enough good things about it. I’ll be back. I wish there was a location in Santa Monica or Venice.

My favorite meal was the Tonyu Curry with tofu. I have ordered in, had take take out as well as delivery...many times. I recently decided to cut unhealthy seed oil from my diet so I called to find out they use soybean oil (which they will not replace with a healthy oil) so I will unfortunately not be having it again. I gave 3 stars for this reason. If they replace the seed oil with a non-seed oil, I will definitely go back and change my review to the 5 stars I would have normally given.

Dietary restrictions: SEED OIL IS USED

I am not an expert on Japanese Ramen. I was so excited that the ramen place was open and close to me. However, Katsu ramen is not my favorite. It is too rich, and the pork smell is too strong for me. Also, we ordered the spicy pork gyoza. It was too salty. My boyfriend could not even finish the gyoza. I am so disappointed!

Fast casual dining with good ramen. We ordered the original with pork chashu and both really enjoyed the broth. Great location as you can walk to Handel's for ice cream after your meal. Parking might be a little tricky as there is only a small lot to an adjacent strip mall. I'd be interested in trying their other offerings!

I'm so glad that this area finally have good ramen!! The broth is truly flavorful, chashu is thickly cut, noodles is the perfect al dente. I also love their take on the chicken karaage. Fairly priced as well. Garage parking is available too which is great because this area is a busy main street and usually only street parking is available. Super friendly and lovely staff as well!
