Absolutely amazing experience every time I come here. The food is consistently delicious, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. You can really tell the chef knows what they’re doing. The quality and presentation are top-notch. The place is always clean and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. I genuinely love coming here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great ramen.

The Tonyu is phenomenal! The absolute BEST vegetarian ramen I've had locally! Usually, vegetarian ramen options amount to pretty boring, miso or soy based broth, with cabbage and maybe raw soft tofu cubes if you're lucky... An afterthought. The Tonyu is NOT an afterthought! It's intentional and freaking delicious!!

When we want a fast-casual ramen option we come to Kotsu. They have several vegan ramen options, vegan gyoza (not quite as fried as I’d prefer but decent), garlic or regular edamame, and friendly service. A fair amount of seating and free parking in the garage or on the street.
