EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AND HAD SOME CELEBRATORY FOOD FOR MY HUSBAND AND THEY MADE US FEEL SO WELCOMED!

The Baseline: For a seafood fast casual restaurant the fish/seafood needs to be fresh, the presentation of the food should be comforting and respect the delicacy of the seafood, and there must be a selection of accompanying offerings.

Food: You come here, as the name says, for the Lobster Rolls. The lobster roll has a good meat ratio to fill the roll, the bread is soft and well toasted. The fries are good to fine but I am a fry snob so my bar is higher on that particular dish. I had the fish and chips this visit and the fish was well breaded, delicate, and cooked through, only critique I wanted the breading to be crispier than it was. Clam chowder and grilled cheese was a nice solid staple which hit the spot.

Service: This is a walk up and order and then get it delivered to your table type of service restaurant. No problems with service and the staff gave great suggestions. I was even offered two different beer tasting when selecting by beer. Rey happy with the service.

Ambiance: Restaurant / Bar type of restaurant with sports on the televisions. The decor matches the food offerings and the vibe is a bar setting. Bathroom was clean enough though is was very dive bar-esque (served its purpose).

If you know, you know—and if you don’t, it’s time to fix that. Lobster Guys in North Redondo is a dangerously close neighborhood gem. I can walk there from my house… and I do. Often. Why? Because once you meet Rudy, you’ll understand. He’s that rare kind of bartender who makes the whole bar feel like home. Funny, warm, lightning-fast—he’s the reason I come back. And honestly? South Redondo may have a full bar, but it doesn’t have Rudy.

And yes—the local beers on tap are top tier. My personal fave right now? Absolution’s Juice Demon—a juicy, citrus-forward IPA that tastes like trouble in the best way. Come try it and tell ’em Rose aka @sipwatchtravel sent you.

Now let’s talk food: all-day Taco Tuesday is the move. Think perfectly grilled seafood tacos bursting with flavor, paired with crispy fries and your beer of choice. It’s a vibe.

So if you’re craving a bold bite, cold beer, and unforgettable service, skip the drive. Your new favorite spot is already in the neighborhood.

They know what they’re doing here. Had the Connecticut style lobster roll and it was absolutely delicious. Service is quick and excellent.

Great little spot on Artesia. Food is tasty and reasonably priced for lobster rolls. Good beers on tap and friendly service. Great addition to the RB community

The Maine Lobster roll was delicious... the star of the mall was the clam chowder, buttery, and rich with lots of clams.
