Amazing flavor, beautiful ambiance, friendly and knowledgeable staff! We took my mother out of a birthday diner and all she wanted was good quality Chinese food and Lotus Asian grill hit every mark. Family friendly portions with food that is bursting with flavor. By far some of the best Asian-American cuisine we have had! Their prices are more than competitive especially with how tasty the food was. Our server Mike greeted us with a warm smile and was very attentive to us! 10/10 would recommend and definitely will be back. Thank you Lotus for an amazing experience.

I love this place! Great service, very clean and great prices! They offer the lunch special on the weekend too! Their garlic noodles are amazing. I will definitely be a regular here.

We went here for a Friday dinner. No wait for being seated, quickly greeted by a nice host. They asked for drinks and we knew what we wanted to eat quickly so he came right back and took our order. Unbelievably the food came up out piping hot within a couple of minutes, clearly made fresh to order on demand. Our favorite dishes were the white fish in black bean sauce, spicy eggplant and Singapore noodles. Kids enjoyed the orange crispy chicken. Good portion sizes as well. We were literally in and out in exactly one hour, due to fast service, but never felt hurried. Would definitely recommend the restaurant for Chinese food.

Overpriced, soggy and salty. If you want Chinese food for half the price go to China Coast. This place won’t last.

Just had our 3rd meal here, and loved the beef chow fun again!Sadly it was also our 1st disappointment. The salt and pepper shrimp was battered and fried in the shell. Even though they are butterflied it was a huge mess to dig the shell off to get to the edible part, which had no flavor.... beware!

Great food. Some Chinese and some Thai dishes. All pretty well done and delicious. Short of driving to SGV, it's one of the better options in the South Bay!

So happy with this find. Lovely interior, tables big enough to make you feel really comfortable, very friendly waiters (at least ours was), best of all the food was wonderful. We had Mongollian beef, orange chicken, the braised green beans and, best of all, the cod in black bean sauce. Great portions for 4 people. Oh, forgot the sweet and sour soup. Little nick on the service. We had barely started our soup when all the rest of the dishes were served. I never finished my soup because it was too awkward to eat it while the rest of the food got cold. Would love to have a little breathing room between the appetizer course and the main dishes. That being said, we will definitely go back. Oh, we had 5:30 reservations, by the time we left it was really crowded. Get reservations this place is going to be hot!

We had lunch Saturday for the first time. The place is beautiful. The food is delicious and proportions large. Would highly recommend Lotus Asian Grill.

Meaning to update for awhile: After the next day, not sure if they put MSG (I think so and probably a lot!) or it's just very high sodium usage... I had extreme headaches and the leftover was just too salty, had to throw it away. I took a star off. My kid and I probably won't go back. Too bad, I really liked China Bistro, miss that place. Hard to find good Chinese food in South Bay, sad... I had high hopes.

Food was very bland. Had orange chicken that was advertised to be crispy, it was soggy and tasteless. Kung pao chicken was also tasteless. Wonton soup was good. Soda completely spilled in the plastic bag.

The garlic noodles were inedible, drenched in heavy ginger sauce, fried rice was extremely bland, orange chicken was an odd color red, though tasty, and the pot stickers were very average! Highly disappointed that this new restaurant was not even interested in our feedback or a path for customer input. Btw, we ordered delivery and arrived (1) hour later than promised. Delivery service blamed restaurant.

Let's start with how much I miss China bistro but life moves on. The bar is gone but ordering food to go it does not really matter. The parking is really bad spots are really limited behind the restaurant and are probably full with other businesses employees. Not such a big deal unless it's pouring rain like when I came. The lunch special prices are up from before but after the pandemic China bistro could not be bothered to open for lunch. 15 bucks was a fair price for what I got and it was super tasty. The staff was really friendly and nice. I will be visiting at least once a week now!!

Delicious food! I am so happy to have a really good Chinese restaurant in Riviera Village. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food provided. There is a fantastic Lunch Special Tuesday-Friday 12pm to 3pm. Food to go is generous & very well packaged. Since my lucky find I can't stop coming back for more. Chef Mike is really a fabulous, experienced chef! Bon appetite!!!!!
