While planning a very special evening for my wife's birthday, I ran across Made by Meg on yelp. And later a friend in the Southbay area let me know they'd also heard "good things". I soon found out that was quite an understatement. As soon as I made initial contact with Kat at the main office, she created a customized menu based on our needs within a few hours. Later, we were so pleased with the food quality, service, and overall execution by Cathy, Sergio, Mario (the bartender) and the whole team, who created fantastic tapa style dishes and cocktails for our group of about 40 guests. They went above and beyond expectations, while never getting in the way of the perfect night. Bravo!

Beautiful brunch for family and friends. Ashleigh Gilroy organized this with my mom and it was everything She wanted and more. The day of the brunch Ashley (another lady) and her catering staff arrived and started cooking and setting up. They were self sufficient and organized. The buffet was beautiful and our guests raved about how the food was so delicious. They cleaned up everything and left my mom’s house how it was when they had arrived. Thank you Ashleigh, Ashley, Chef Cindy, Sergio and the 2 other lovely staff members.

I stopped by to get lunch on a Tuesday at noon and when I went in they told me the restaurant is closed. I guess they now only do catering. I think they should update their website and the message on their phone. I checked online and called. The message said the cafe opens at 11:30. Obviously that wasn’t the case.

Small, cute corner store which does mostly take-out orders (only a few small tables outside). Sandwich tasted good, but nothing special--bread was on the oily side & a bit burnt. Would return for a quick to-go lunch, but only if I'm nearby.
