The food was great as always but between the warm tap water, no ice available and the staff members yelling at each other, it was not a great! Unfortunately, we will not be back. Oh, another thing, who pays for the food and ask for tip when placing your order? PCH Pho used to be our place to go when visiting Hermosa Beach, too bad it's gone downhill.
The food is delicious, but the older woman serving us is extremely rude. She moves around as if she’s angry and busy, yet she doesn’t even bother to take my order.
She’s working with one earbud in, and she forgot my order, so I had to tell her again.

The soup is light but very tasty with just the right amount of salt.
