This cozy spot delivers an extraordinary bowl of Bún Bò Huế that easily rivals any I’ve had in Vietnam. Unlike the more commonly known pho, this dish is a vibrant, deeply aromatic beef and lemongrass soup that awakens your palate from the very first sip.
The broth is the star—rich, slightly spicy, and beautifully balanced with citrusy lemongrass and a hint of shrimp paste that adds that unmistakable depth. Slices of tender beef shank, cha lua (Vietnamese sausage), and sometimes even oxtail or pig’s knuckle are layered generously, making each bite hearty and satisfying. The thick round rice noodles soak up the flavor while keeping their perfect chew.
A side of fresh herbs, lime, bean sprouts, and shredded banana blossom adds brightness and crunch, letting you customize the bowl to your liking.
Service is warm and attentive, and the staff are clearly proud of their food—as they should be. If you’ve only tried pho, this dish will open your eyes to the depth of Vietnamese cuisine.

The food here is on point when it comes to taste and presentation. The staff is very friendly. THe only downside with this place is the limited seating. There is always a wait outside (which tells you a lot about a restaurant!). So we end up waiting 30 min to an hour sometimes. When we get sat down, there were times when the waiters forgot about us when we asked for the check or more water. They're busy but the establishment isn't that big. I guess they were just short staffed that day. In either case, we like this place and often come back!

I eat here at least once a week. The food is great and comparable to what you get in Vietnam. It’s a lovely family owned restaurant and has a homey vibe. Couldn’t recommend more!

Just went here on Mother’s Day. Walked in with my baby sleeping in his stroller and she said restaurant policy is no strollers. She said I could wake him up and they could give me a high chair… there were 3 tables seated out of 15(ish) at 10:30 on a Sunday. We went across to the 369 ramen spot and it wonderful!

Staff was great and a wide selection of food options
My pho was good but small. Didn't realize the smaller size was so small. The filet beef was great and I could tell it was better quality than most, but only got a few pieces. Also only got a few pieces of the brisket.

One of the better Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Recommend the M1 or M4 Banh Mi. The A3 egg rolls goes great with the Banh Mi. Enjoy.

Unfortunately the pho does not taste good. Very little flavor in the broth. And only one Siracha packet provided which is unusual
I’ve been here several times thinking that maybe I just had the wrong day. Food is good, but they’re not really accommodating sometimes it feels like they are upset. Francis the place is not really that big to begin with so seating would be reserved for staff in a section closest to the window. Disposable Utensils aren’t given for to go items, Chopsticks are the only thing that’s given, good luck if you are not chopstick savvy.

Total strip mall vibe for decent Vietnamese food. Not the best bun bo hue or goi cuon I've had but it did the job, service was fast, and ample parking.
Parking: Ample parking in shared strip mall lot.
Kid-friendliness: Most pho places in including this one are decent for kids so long as you're careful with hot soup everywhere.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible although can get busy inside.

Probably the best Pho Ga I’ve ever had. The chicken was perfectly sliced and the broth as noodles were superb. On top of that a really nice atmosphere and a great server. Thanks Tuan Le!
