The burger was good. Disappointed because I came for the chilli burger and they did not have chilli. I read another review where this happened to someone else and thought perhaps I should call first to make sure it was available but nope. Gave the benefit of the doubt and they did not have it.Also, since it is located inside of another business it could be more clear that there are two separate lines: one for the bar and the other for burgers. There were two separate signs dangling from the ceiling..one that said "order here" and the other "pick up here". So naturally I waited in the "order here" line behind a bunch of other patrons ordering beer only to get to the register and they go..you have to order over there at the kiosk. Soo there's a small kiosk near the "pick up here" sign that is for burgers.Anyways food was still good. Just mad I was visiting from the east coast and got let down.

Great spot! The burgers and fries are out of this world!!! The live jazz is a fun addition. The burgers are juicy, fresh buns and no condiments needed. And the duck fat fries are insane.

After seeing a girl do a TikTok of this place, we decided to try it. Proudly Serving is inside of Project Brewery. We parked in the large metered parking lot ($2 per hour) and walked to Proudly Serving. It was a little confusing to find because we didn’t know it was part of Project Brewery. The menu is simple…burger, fries, and tots. They were out of chili the day we were there so we couldn’t try the chili burger. We arrived shortly after they opened and the place started getting customers right away. We put our order in and found a spot to eat overlooking the boardwalk and marina. You can’t beat the view here. There is a lot of activity going on with walkers, boaters, a skateboard park, birds, and workers bustling about. We spotted a school of fish and a Garibaldi in the water while we waited. There is music playing and they put out a LA Kings flag. GKG! We got our food and started tasting the fries and tots. The fries were hot, crispy, and delicious. The tots were good too, but they weren’t as hot as the fries. We tasted each burger, and to be honest I couldn’t tell the difference between the two styles. There were so few condiments on them that it was hard to tell which one was the PS burger and which one was the Founder burger. It didn’t matter though because they were both really tasty. Next time I would plan on getting there when they open, stay longer so we could enjoy the view, and have a couple of beers and chill out. I’m not sure if it gets crowded there, but Friday lunch was pretty busy. Overall, I would recommend this place because it has good burgers, wide selection of beer, and a killer view.Parking: There’s a large metered parking lot. $2 per hour.

This is my niece's husband. He is doing a great job with this business of smash burgers. It's kind of funny, I started my little side hustle.just before finding out they lost their business doing hospitality PR work. I've been trying to get in touch with them, but have had no luck because I don't belong to any of the social media. But just like their smash business I have a burger business to. It's on a much smaller scale but my clients are enjoying my burgers. Especially my dirty cowboy Burger. It has two patties, caramelized onions, very flavorful American cheese, and dirty boot sauce. All on a toasted hamburger bunI am very proud of you guys keep up the good job keep pumping out those burgers.I've only seen the videos I haven't been able to buy any yet,too try.Only because they're in California and I'm Texas.Keep up the good work Matt and tell Jen I said hello and I've sent you guys some pictures of my Burgers hope you like the pictures

One of the best burger spots in redondo beach for sure. Duck fat fries are top tier and perfectly crispy. It is well worth the wait.

Great atmosphere and bomb bugers. Not crazy expensive. Fries are crispy. Nice to catch the sunset. Often times have live music.

Hands down the best burger in the world. 11/10 every time, including the fries. Great location right on the harbor!

I love their burgers. Came here by chance with wife and daughter about a year ago and have been coming at least 2-3 times a month ever since. The food, vibe, music, beers, beach and sunset.

I met the best smashburger in LA.The soft potato bun bring out the tasty flavor of the patty and sauce. It's not heavy despite being full of sauce and cheese. So delicious I could eat two of these next time!

This is what life is about. Opened in Feb 2022 and much needed in the Southbay. Delicious smash burgers and fries by the ocean. My husband loved the Founder with chopped onions, patty sizzled in mustard , and ketchup. I loved the PS burger with grilled onions and special sauce. We both loveddd the fries so much we ordered a second one. One of the top fries ever had. Great flavor, crunch, size. Amazing. Ask for special sauce to dip in! In the same place as a bar right on the water. Blue skies or sunsets or an event meal. Take your pick. Great music. Football for those who want it. Seriously, it doesn't get better than this.

The best smash burger in South Bay. Crispy, well seasoned patties, special sauce has some nice depth, bun is pillowy. Fries were excellent as well - perfect golden brown, piping hot, delicious. Add a 1.5x multiplier for the gentle sunshine and the lapping waves on a lazy pier morning. Glorious.

Been reading the rave reviews about PS Burger that's inside Project Barley Taproom and finally stopped in for a bite. That's how you do a smash burger and the fries should win an award. Got the PS Burger on a potato bun with cheese, grilled onions, pickle and special sauce. Burgers were smashed and charred perfectly crispy with just the right amount of special sauce, pickles and melty cheese and grilled onion (not complaining...but the grilled onion was on the light side). The French fries are going to appear in my dreams. Fried in Duck fat and sprinkled with salt...heaven. I walk by this place quite a bit as it is along my walk...going to have to add a few more miles so I can partake in this tasty food. If you are near the Redondo Pier...make a stop at PS Burger. It's inside Project Barley Taproom...Grab a beer (Separate from food) and enjoy a burger and fries done right. Bon Appetite.

If you don't eat this burger, you're making a huge mistake. This burger is like if In-N-Out used. Good quality ingredients and it is addicting. I came here with a non-foodie who has a trash mouth. He can't tell the difference between a carrot in an apple....until proudly serving. He was in love with this burger, someone who normally eat in and out regularly and he couldn't believe how much better this was. Not only that, but the ps fries are insane and the cookies are delicious. I have nothing bad to say about this place other than the fact that I have to work out more since I come here often. Without hesitation, this is one of the top three burgers I've had in my life z

Amazing the cheese and all the sauce come together mix the perfect burger and grill onions highly recommend it. The service. Was good but be aware it takes about 20 minutes for your food. It doesn’t matter because the food is amazing.
