Pursue Coffee is the essence of a neighborhood shop; warm, inviting, and serving exceptionally delicious coffee & breakfast. The atmosphere is this shop is fostered by their owner David, who really cares about people and coffee. Their water kettle is perpetually set at the exact temperature needed for pour overs, and these cups end up tasting better than what the roasters could have hoped for.
