I remember this place from the time I lived in the area 20 years ago, and I was very happy to see the place is still around (new location for 10 years now) and the food is just as good as I remember.
Only grabbed one picture due to just digging in. Gumbo was awesome, fried oysters were huge and delicious. Fried alligator was tender and flaky. Catfish could have been blackened, but still tasty. Finished off with the best pecan pie I've ever had. Highly recommend!
Chicken Po Boy & Chicken Sausage Corn Bisque were so fantastic!!! I could eat a gallon of that bisque! Great lunch special. Patio was lovely, and staff was great. I'll be back and love that the patio is dog friendly. (Sorry, no time for photos...to busy loving every bite!)
