The food was good but the specialty burger that I ordered didn't have a distinctive flavor. My companion was disappointed that French Onion Soup was dropped from the menu.

Ordered to go : paid for an extra side of sauce. It was open in the bag spilt everywhere, no utensils, hamburger wasn't very good. Fries were great as always and ice tea was really refreshing

Stopped in for a late dinner on a recent Saturday night (8-9pm). Enjoyed their $10 special (burger, side, & soda). We had one with fries & one with steamed broccoli and shared. Worked out really well and the food was great. Service was phenomenal - really attentive server that night and took good care of us. Really good deal, good food & great service. Winning combo.

Service staff are amazing and the atmosphere is fitting having lots of TVs with sports being displayed all around. Burgers, fries, and drinks were flowing all night and the refills were quickly brought out. A great place to hang out in South Bay.

Our server was amazing and our food was so good!
They have a very diverse seating selection as far as booths and tables in different parts of the restaurant and seating outside.
The place is clean, and I've had good experiences here before as well. The main concern was that there was no one to greet us when we arrived and we had to wait a while before someone was able to come to see us and seat us, then it was still quite some time before our server was able to come and get a drink order and our food order.
She was super sweet and very good at her job! However, she literally was the only server on the floor.
We definitely enjoyed our food and we're checked on multiple times by our server and twice by the manager.
The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked
I would definitely recommend checking them out!

Went for an early Valentine's Day dinner, and it was amazing. The food, our server Grace made the evening even more amazing. She was attentive and overall was friendly. The burgers were cooked to perfection, the bottomless fries were amazing.

Don’t know what happened to this location? Used to be good, been a minute since coming back to this location. I was really craving it and food was like whatever.
Bottomless steak fries were stale, they served you a few; I know you can ask for more. Burger lack flavor and the zucchini baby fries are the worst.
Only positive thing was customer service.
Could have just gone somewhere better to enjoy a nice juicy burger for a cheaper price.

It was believed that Red Robin would be displaced from the South Bay Galleria due to the mall's eventual closure. I loved going to this Red Robin, ranging from family dinners to date nights. I hope they find a new place to open near their old location. I would love to come back to Red Robin, as the Lakewood location is further from home.

I was there with a very large group based on the number of people that were in the group about 40 people or more they only had two waitresses available even though we made reservations. The service was very slow.
