Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I have been to red robin several times. Meanwhile my cousin had not. My first time having the whiskey river ribs. I recommend to everyone. My cousin had the salmon, her first time. It was great. We really enjoyed ourselves. Our waiter, Michael was outstanding. A great way to celebrate my birthday.

We usually dine in and love having family dinners at this location. Today we did take out and Alhia made sure we weren’t missing anything from our order and made sure we got our condiments as well.

Really nice burger, with delicious sweet potatoe fries! A lot of drinks and sides are bottomless (free refills) - but didn't need that, got my kcals more than easily with just the first serve 😉

They are so slow. Like unrealistically slow. I came in for a burger and fries why am I still waiting 45 minutes?? At least they give free refills though.

As a regular customer, today I visited Red Robin. It wasn't real busy, however the quality of the food was not the same. Maybe there is a new cook, the burgers were tasteless. Also you had big fruit flies in the window which is a turnoff. I won't be going back anytime soon.

There's was plenty of parking although you may have to walk 🚶‍♀️ a bit. The parking lot was somewhat clean. There were several vacant stores in the South Bay Mall. The restaurant itself is very clean and neat. We sat at the bar and service was pretty fast. I started with a White Russian (one of my favorites). O ordered one of their specialty burgers. Can't quite remember the name of it but it had pulled pork, onion rings, cheese, bar-b-que sauce and cheese on it. Yum, it was good. It came with these big stake fries and they were good too. The restroom was clean and neat. The waitress and other staff are very cool and professional. We really enjoyed overall visit to Red Robin Gourmet Burgars. I do recommend everyone try them.

I've been coming to this spot for years and overall, it's usually a good experience. The staff is friendly, though at times it can be a bit tricky to flag someone down—but I assume they're busy with other tables or possibly short-staffed. The food tends to come out in a reasonable amount of time, and the atmosphere is pleasant—not too loud, so you can actually have a conversation without shouting.

That said, the seating could use some attention. Some chairs feel noticeably worn or a little sticky, and once we were seated while the area was still drying, and there was a strong smell of an old cleaning rag lingering.

The food is decent though. Unlimited fries are nice but they don't give you all that much. I ask for refills on them and they don't bring much over. It seems to have decreased over the years in my observation. But at least it is still unlimited!

I really love the burger—it’s easily the best I’ve ever had when prepared correctly. However, this location frequently falls short and often triggers my allergies. In the last five visits, the burger was inedible for me three times.
