If you aren’t part of their loyalty club join it! It’s worth it just to be able to get all of this for $5.
I had the burnin love burger which was delicious and very spicy which I loved. The fries were just okay (they didn’t taste super fresh and hot) and the drink was too sweet for my taste but I only paid $5 so ??♀️. The happy hour had some nice deals overall and I would come back if I lived closer.

It's been a while since we've been to Red Robin. Still one of the best family oriented sit down burger joints.
The kids menu is reasonably priced, comes with a bottomless side and drink.
There are a couple newer burgers on the menu that are ?.
Friendly and attentive staff, especially since so many people need refills for their sides.
Kid-friendliness: Fantastic kids menu!

Cynthia was our waiter and is so freaking friendly. She had such a pleasant bubble personal at the same time quick and correct service. Cynthia made our dinner experience very enjoyable. Thank you Cynthia!!!

This place went downhill. Pre-formed cereal
burgers. What taste there was-was awful. Fries seemed pre-frozen and tasteless. Never again.

The restaurant really needs a makeover. I've been to Red Robin's in other parts of the country and they look much nicer. This one looks like a family restaurant from the 90's. The booths are so small that my feet were literally on top of my husband's.
Beware of the tablet provided by the restaurant that is used to pay the bill. After being seated, I went to the bathroom and when I got back, my kid was already playing games on it. At the end of dinner, I see a $2.99 charge for "entertainment fee". We have not seen this in any restaurants in the south bay, and we were not told by the waitress that there are games on the tablet for a fee. The waitress did remove the charge when I complained.

DO NOT RECOMMEND BAR DRINKS!!!!! BAR HOST DIDN’T ATTEND ME GOOD. HOST DIDN’T EVEN GET MY NAME RIGHT AND DIDN'T EVEN ASK MY NAME JUST PUT A RANDOM NAME. WHICH IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I LITERALLY JUST BOUGHT ONE DRINK AND LEFT. NOT WORTH TIME N

I went to Red Robin yesterday and it was amazing! I havnt been to a RR in a long time but was craving the fries. Our server was Alyssa and she was top notch! Her level of service was outstanding and she made the experience fantastic. Her level of service is very aligned with what you expect in fine dining and I recommended she look into that. I ordered the Royal burger because I love egg on my burger—fries were great as always—get their side of smoke sauce!
