Ordered a ham sandwich small. Hardly any ham and mostly bread. Very thin slice of tomato. Person behind counter rude. No thank you, no smile. Awful sandwich.

I tried this deli for the first time although I know it has been in the neighborhood forever. Imagine the Italians who owned it years ago have been long gone and in some cases it likely makes a difference. I ordered a chicken parmigiano sandwich, small, and when I got it several minutes later I took it home. The bread appeared to be old but because it was toasted it wasn't so obvious but it was hard to chew. There were pieces of chicken inside the sandwich of various sizes and there was grizzle in many of them and they just didn't taste good. The sauce was overly spicy but not in a good way. I wonder if the people that first owned this place would be happy with what it's become. Incidentally that small sandwich that tasted awful and wound up in the trash cost me $14.50!!

Never going back. $13 for the smallest roll and hardly any meat. Terrible. So overpriced for a sandwich I could just make at home.

Extremely disappointed after visiting for the first time ever. I ordered through Grubhub because I was picking up on my lunch break. I recieved a confirmation email for my order, however when I went to pick up, the owner stated he didn't receive anything. I showed him the email yet, he refused to even start making my order until I called grubhub. He proceeded to yell at them on the phone, then got loud with me about them. Mind you, There were no phone orders nor other customers at this time. It honestly felt like the owner was unconvinced by having to make sandwiches. The sandwished themselves were sub-par. I will not go back again.

Tried Rinaldi's in redondo for the 1st time today. Figured it was a good bet since I've been going to the location In el segundo for some time now. I must say, I'm extremely disappointed in this location. The sandwich was just "ehh" falling short of the other locations. Soggy bread and just not appetizing. But my main gripe is the owner and the bait and switch we experienced. The website has one price, the wall menus another. And when I got rang up we were charged more than what either said. When we asked about the discrepancy he said " it's been $2-$3 more per sandwich for along time now". Yet during this "long time" period of change, you've not had the opportunity to update either menu? $60+ for 4 sandwiches is nuts for the quality of service and food we received. My family and I will not be returning and, after reading these reviews of people with the same pricing issues, I will be contacting Weights and Measures.

Just bought two subs, the ocean breeze and the California dream. Both were incredible! Such fresh ham and cap! Bread was so fresh, my boyfriend audibly gasped. Been coming here since I was in highscool, owner is amazing! So happy it hasn't changed, we'll be back!

Unfortunately, we won't be going back. The place was not clean, and the sandwiches were not good. They were hastily made and light on ingredients. Now that I write this, I am surprised we ate them.

The sandwich was dry and barely had any meat on it. Not good at all. There are so many better options in the South Bay, like Riera's, Sub Club, even Jersey Mikes - all of which blow this place away. Not coming back.

Been coming here for fifteen years for the legendary Godfather sandwich. Great selection and friendly service

Locally owned and operated business that makes food with fresh ingredients and real egg breakfast samdwiched cooked on a flattop with care and passion. The chain sub places are everywhere , but Rinadli's of Redondo is how you support local business!!

I've lived in southern ca/the South Bay for a few years now and was pleasantly surprised at this hole-in-the-wall sandwich shop! A close, local friend of mine recommended this spot for lunch while driving through Redondo beach and I, without hesitation, would do the same for anyone looking for a casual meal on the way to (or passing through) the beach. They have both cold and hot specialty sandwiches available in two sizes including a small roll or a larger sub. I opted for the Watch Commander on a roll with meatball, steak, marinara, and melty cheese and would 100% order it again. Great service & delicious food at this local spot just blocks from the beach!

Sadly they have hired a guard to patrol the parking lot and threaten people that park there with towing if they violate a 15 minute parking rule. The lot is less than 1/3 full at 10:30am yet the guard just got aggressive with me, told me I was rude for for violating the time limit and threatened me again with towing my vehicle. There are plenty of other sandwich shops around...this one was convenient as I would do some grocery shopping or run other errands in the village. The sandwiches aren't near good enough for me to only go there just for Rinaldis.
