I was kinda excited try for the first time after hearing all the hype when it first launched. It's decent but for the price they should do better. It's bit on the salty side so ask for no salt if you are like me. Don't get me wrong it's not bad. The quality is what you expect for the price you pay. But it doesn't stand out if you compare it with similar priced items.

Burger was Good non the less but it wasn’t really smashed lol If im being n real. The fries were trash taste like jack in the box fries or something. They gave me a free drink tho because I was one of the first customers I’m sure but in reality as expensive as it is they should just give you a drink anyway I spend damn near 20 on a burger and fries and the first time they forgot to even put cheese on the burger so I had to go back.

The Smash Burger app should probably get the full blame for this, but I'm blaming the location too since they still had to make me wait nearly an hour. Ordered one brisket burger from the app about 20 mins from the location. Arrived nearly 10 mins late and was told they didn't receive the order. Had to show 2 people the order and was then told I had to wait 45 mins. What's the point of using the app? If anything, using the app made it worse. Beware of using the Smash Burger app people!

Star review varies depending on the server helping at the time. My girlfriend and I started coming a couple of times a week to this location about 2 months ago. Everything is was excellent from the beginning, until we started encountering the woman who is presumably the general manager (refer to one of the more recent reviews for a picture and more context). Started with a simple side of truffle mayo, which never(!) causes any issues with any other servers. The first time she served us, truffle mayo ran out (understandable). The second time, truffle mayo ran out (weird it only happens with you but sure, things can happen). The third time there was a shortage. I offered to pay for it, and she retorted that there is simply none. A little later on, paid extras were missing, general quality/quantity started lacking compared to when another employee served us. Started ordering for take-away at times when we know for sure she works, turns out it's the only way we can get the usual quality when she is present. A few weeks later, at 9pm, an hour before closing, the patio was emptied out, supposedly they closed early that day. A couple of weeks after that, she started locking patio doors while we were eating at the patio, and a gentleman was waiting for his pick up order at another table. Had to ask a couple that was eating inside to let my girlfriend in to use the restroom, which also was locked some time before closing at 10pm. Note: also never an issue when any of the other Smash Burger employees are helping us. If this woman is really the manager, they deserve better.

Beware of lousy management. This Asian lady named Endang is not only rude to her employees but also her guests. Now we all know why we feel sorry for these poor employees that are still with her.
