bryn has such great recommendations for drinks. i loved the gingerbread chai latte. it was so good. bryn had so much patience with me too and did not get frustrated when i asked about the bear and hello kitty cups. superb employee!

Ordered a simple over poor coffee plain I waited for 10 minutes and just decided to leave I haven't got this kind of service here but I don't know what happened today I'll try next week to see if they are in a better work environment

Easily my favorite Starbucks around. They open pretty early and they have the most friendly staff of any Starbucks I’ve been to.
It is more of a quick pick-up spot but they have a few tables outside.

I requested light ice and after removing all the ice this is what was left. I paid $6.95 for this. What a ripoff.
Older Indian woman was quite rude and dismissive, didn’t get names cause they had no name tags on. younger male supervisor standing behind her trying to fix a machine hearing the whole interaction and said nothing. Also no wide variety menu just small laminated generic menus. And were in such a rush to get me out cause they were closing in about 5 mins. All I ordered was a grande cold brew… both seemed like they hate their job to be honest. I would think getting at least $20 an hour now would lighten workers up even though we’re now paying more for these drinks. Got no greeting coming in and nothing back when I said thank you an walked out. Store 05859 is wildly friendly I’ll have to go back there, I tried.

They've redone the shop - just a small counter, no display, no menu. If you want to look at drink descriptions, you need to download an app - absolutely no paper or digital displays. And the staff messed up the order - made the wrong drink. Disappointing, as this used to be our go-to Starbucks.

Drinks are great and comes out fast.They renovated this Starbucks to be a grab and go. Not a place to sit and enjoy your coffee and or get any work done or sit and chat with a friend.
Parking: Free parking, durning peak times the parking can be full but because it is a grab and go Starbucks people are in and out quickly. So you don’t have to wait long.
