Just waited 22 minutes to get a cup of black coffee. They are the slowest, understaffed Starbucks I’ve ever seen.

I would give 3 star because someone who assisted me was friendly but usually they are unpleasant and rude especially tall Hispanic woman wearing glasses. They hate Thursday because it's happy hour day.
