Super disappointed. I bought my breakfast & went to Starbucks to grab my drink and sit and enjoy my breakfast only to find out there is no place to sit! So, I have to eat my sushi breakfast in a hot car in the parking lot ! Never again. The woman told me they removed the tables during Covid. Not a good experience.

I was in the Ralph's store today to pick a few things up before going to my grandparents house. I was buying my sister and I some coffee after we got our groceries and the guy there (long blonde hair) made our coffee.
My sister and I are lactose intolerant, and have been dairy free for a while. I had asked for my late to be made with Almond milk. (Venti iced vanilla blonde late with almond milk) and a baked apple croissant. My sister asked for a Non dairy vanilla cold brew. Upon first taste of our coffee we felt something was off. Upon further inspection my sister and I found that we had both been given whole milk in our coffee's I just wanted to bring this to the attention of management and just to bring awareness to the staff of this location. Time of purchase was 9:20 am or thereabouts

A specific woman named Hilda was super rude, very messy, and she seemed very neglectful of her partners. Not sure who to complain to. I would just reccomend going to an actual starbucks cafe, and not this kiosk.

Always the atmosphere that's best described as home-like to me bc I've been returning to my Starbucks for way over a decade and a half.. Greatest barista's ever. Friendly and knowledgeable about what I love, coffee and expresso to lattes, of course. They understand how to combine that knowledge w a precise flair for people and how to treat each other. It's our community and we should take to heart taking care of each other. Now every ship needs a captain, and my starbucks has the most amazing manager, Jonathan. With a tireless energy, I watch as he keeps the store organized, we'll stocked to his customers which are well taken care of. Amazing management for certain. Amazing Jonathan. So there is my review of Torrance and hawthorne boulevard, Torrance California.

Workers were complaining about having to make mocha frappachinos. Both girls were incredibly rude. Drinks were the worst, but at that point i was just done with the expierence. Worst starbucks expierence in a while. I will for sure avoid this starbucks as well as tell my loved ones to do the same. Ive had far better expiernce in packed starbucks' and this place didnt even have the excuse of being packed.

I was confused about a drink and was taking a long time to order and pepper was super nice and patient with me and made me a delicious brown super latte thank
I just left this Starbucks, and let me tell you, that blonde haired youngster in there needs not to be there if he doesn't want to help out customers waiting to place their order. WHILE YOUR BUSY FLIRTING, I need you to do your job better next time and not waste mine. The other young man with the dark hair was very polite and handled the mistake that the long blonde hair kid had done and I do thank him for that. Starbucks definitely need to let that kid redo customer service training.

Last Saturday I visit this Starbucks early evening, I was standing waiting for someone to take my order, three employees were standing there two females and one male, when the gentleman saw me he looked at the other employees and said out loud “so I’m taking the order I guess” he helped me out. After, I had to wait extra time for my second item purchased since they didn’t notice I order two items. I was expecting better customer service and friendliness.
