I just left this Starbucks, and let me tell you, that blonde haired youngster in there needs not to be there if he doesn't want to help out customers waiting to place their order. WHILE YOUR BUSY FLIRTING, I need you to do your job better next time and not waste mine. The other young man with the dark hair was very polite and handled the mistake that the long blonde hair kid had done and I do thank him for that. Starbucks definitely need to let that kid redo customer service training.

Last Saturday I visit this Starbucks early evening, I was standing waiting for someone to take my order, three employees were standing there two females and one male, when the gentleman saw me he looked at the other employees and said out loud “so I’m taking the order I guess” he helped me out. After, I had to wait extra time for my second item purchased since they didn’t notice I order two items. I was expecting better customer service and friendliness.

I went to the counter at 7 pm(exactly) and stood there for 2 mins the girl behind the counter acted like she did not see me. I asked if they were closed. She said no and that she could only make refreshments and could not make any drinks. I thought closing time was 9 pm why did the register say closed. I swear this Starbucks they never working when I go to this store. They always closed before 9 pm. Why even have a Starbucks inside the store for or pay workers to come and go as they please. Horrible service!

Horrible horrible horrible service. Wife and I walked in on a Saturday at about 10am. There was no line and no other patrons waiting. Two workers (1 guy and a gal) behind the counter when we stepped up to the register. There was no hello, no acknowledgement. I looked at the guy who's making a drink at the time. We had eye contact and thought he'd acknowledge us and let me know that he will be with us. NOPE, he just looked away.The gal is walking around talking to others employees in the grocery store and not paying any attention, and we couldn't get her attention either. We waited abit, then waited, and waited. We felt stupid after about five minutes of waiting without any acknowledgement and decided to leave. For a business that is so disinterested, I will gladly take my money elsewhere.Follow up: I contacted the customer service on Starbucks website, and two representatives just wanted to do is refund my order. LISTEN! I couldn't even order because I don't seem to exist IN FRONT of your associate to take the order! Same with below, the automated message asking me how you should improve? Starbucks, do you NOT have any trained customer service people to teach your own staff on basic human decency to say hello to customers? Do you really need your customers to tell you how to interact with them? Yes, give me the $5 gift card and let me try again NOT able to order! I'm done with Starbucks.

Very bad service.The Ralph's employees hang out and they talk, gossip,laugh while ignoring the people in line waiting to be at least greeted at this Starbucks.Brianna was the Starbucks employee on register and was extremely rude, for 10 mins she ignored the customers while talking to a Ralph's employee having his break.I will be writing a letter to corporate just on Brianna's behavior alone.This Ralph's has gone downhill as well, they're hiring low quality people..

I’m surprised these people have no manner this early in morning like they’re are on the rag day and I had to reach over to get my coffee and food every time I comes here. They have the nerves to stand there and do nothing like really. Do not need ppl like them to ruin my whole day for work. Will be the last time I will come here.
