Tea is just okay. It’s not super flavorful. My drink was supposed to come with lemon and orange slices but they were missing. The only reason for 3 stars is for the boba itself.
I’d give the boba 4/5 but overall 3/5.

ITS SUUUPER GREAT. drinks are awesome, so are the snacks! the staff are polite as well and the music is calm and comforting and it’s just like super cool here

Small, hip shop selling various teas, acai bowls with various toppings, and boba. The boba is good and well made with a decent sized serving for "regular boba" -- the other boba options are "double boba" and "triple boba". There are various sweetness options as well if one doesn't want their drink too sweet. Drinks come in one size, and the acai bowls come in various sizes. So far I've ordered matcha latte, sweet milk, Thai tea, and a milk tea, all with boba. They were all good, being enough to satisfy.
For the size and amount of boba, it's definitely reasonable!

Great workers and atmosphere is lively. Great hangout spot.The drinks aren't that good though. Got myself Blue Majik and I didn't even finish the drink. I did drink most of it but the flavor was off.The boba is underdone and it was tough. We also got Strawberry Horchata. It tasted like a bath and body works candle. ?

Terrific açaí bowls. The employees, on the other hand, shuffle behind the glossy pane separating their workstation from the dining area, and then have the audacity to act like we’re making their lives harder by asking them to split a bowl after ordering a “split cup.”
I’d give 0 stars if I could. They are not ADA compliant when it comes to service dogs.

My family and I wanted to try the new boba spot. When we went in, I was told I needed to wait outside with my dog. She was not wearing her service vest at the time and they told me she needed to if she was going to be in the store.
Once we got our drinks, I tried to politely inform them that ADA stated they cannot ask about my disability, my dog does not need a vest or any sort of ID. They can only ask what service she provides.
They then KICKED US OUT because I had tried to politely inform them about ADA policies with service dogs.
I will say, when we’re inside, she barked twice. This was an ALERT for ME for a MEDICAL EPISODE. I had not listened to her signal and she was trying to get me to.
She’s a cardiac alert dog. If I don’t listen, she needs to get my attention so that I literally don’t collapse.
I also again had tried to be really polite, informed them they should look up service dog laws by the ADA, that she does not need to wear anything that says service dog, and that they can only ask me what her tasks are.
I do not recommend this place. I will be posting this review everywhere I can. My service dog is an actual service dog. She is highly trained both by K9 Connection in Northern California, has passed the canine good citizen test, and is extremely well behaved. She barked because I did not pay attention to her first signals.
I will be reporting this restaurant to the ADA as well.
