TL;DR: Don't come during the day, or if ownership is making the food. You can taste the cost cutting taking place and they will short your sandwich.

If your margins are so thin that you can't provide a product that competes in the area for a similar price then the writing's on the wall. There is no way in creation that I would pay full price for what was put forth.

There is a dichotomy that exists at this location. When the sandwich is made from someone who is an employee and not part of ownership, one can taste the difference. I've tasted both, and I will actively avoid spending my money here whenever it's not an employee.

From Before: This location was very pleasant to visit and get dinner. The gentlemen that were creating the sandwiches did so very nicely, and in a manner that lent itself to a tasty experience. Best enjoyed with a coupon 😜

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and was instead given a rotisserie chicken sandwich — completely different from what I paid for. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff flat-out refused to remake the correct sandwich. No apology, no solution, just a dismissive attitude.

Mistakes happen, but refusing to fix them and basically telling the customer to deal with it is unacceptable. I paid for something I didn’t receive and was treated with zero respect. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’ll be taking the issue up with Subway corporate

We arrived at 9:30 and were told that they were closed and not going to serve us, even though their hours online say 10:30. Sounds like another reviewer had the same experience.

Food and a service is fine but I guess they close early. Arrived at 9:40 p.m. to find the doors locked despite the hours posted on their door and Google maps saying they close at 10:30 meaning they closed nearly 1 hour early.

Unfortunately, my worst Subway experience to date. No matter whether in Germany or New York, the sub has always tasted the same. Here, however, the meat (chicken terrijaki) was probably spoiled.

The manager then kindly let us order a new sub, but that was really the only positive thing. According to him it was the dressing, but I honestly can't imagine. Unfortunately, I have to advise everyone not to eat here.

Be aware, our chicken wasn't fresh, tasted rotten, wouldn't ever go there again. Manager was nice though and offered us a new sub. Not comparable to any other subway I went to in New York or Germany.
