I know it was very late when I came here and the Togo line was very long. I believe once they got a couple of big orders out of the way, then the line started to move a lot faster.

Service was a joke every person was taking 25 minutes to get their food I’ve never seen it that bad and there was only 4 cars total and inside was empty.
Wouldn’t be so ridiculous but all you gotta do is hand it to me hot food that’s entirely pre-prepped

The food was great. However, when I placed my order, I received two iced coffees instead of the two hot coffees I had ordered. I didn’t realize the mistake until I sat down, but I didn’t want to complain right away. I decided to try the iced coffee to see if I liked it. After drinking a little of one, I realized it was too watered down.

I went to the counter and asked for the two hot coffees I had originally ordered. The worker agreed but said I could only get one because I had already drunk some of the iced coffee. I pointed out that my receipt showed I had ordered two hot coffees, so it was their mistake in the first place. He eventually agreed, took both iced coffees, and came back a few minutes later with two hot coffees.

When I got to my car, I noticed that one of the hot coffees was only filled about 3/4 or 4/5 of the way because I had drunk some of the iced coffee earlier. This level of pettiness is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this Taco Bell unless I receive compensation for this poor customer service.

They take forever. There was a man passed out, in his car, half on the street half on the entrance, PROBABLY asleep because the line took so long, but also probably drunk or high. What did the employees do? Nothing. Honking didn't wake him up. The guy in front of me had to get out and yell into his window just to wake him up.

We bought 5 crunchy tacos and a cheesy double beef burrito. The tacos had 1-2 teaspoons of meat, and we were given the wrong burrito. We will not be going back.

$47 for 6 items.. and waited in line for 20 minutes. Last time I get Taco Bell. Over fast food! It is not worth it anymore.
