The Cheesecake Factory

Although it was a Monday night, we did wait over 2 hours because there were a lot of graduations going on this week. After we sat down our order was taken right away and the food came out fast. Services was good as well. Kept the food order simple a club sandwich.

Great luncheon upstairs at a private party! The food was great, the view is spectacular and the staff industrious...Great event!

This was my first time here and food was great, service was excellent. Plenty of seating.

This is the worst Cheesecake Factory experience I’ve ever had. I went for lunch last Saturday, hoping for a decent meal, but was met with disappointment yet again. My previous chicken dish here was very dry, so I wanted to ensure this time my Korean Fried Chicken was made extra crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside—a simple request any skilled chef should be able to fulfill. Instead, my server, Wendy, flatly refused to even pass my request along to the kitchen, stating they do not accommodate customer preferences.

That is completely unacceptable. A restaurant that claims to prioritize quality should at the very least listen to its guests. Beverly Hills and Marina Del Rey locations actually respect their customers, provide excellent service, and properly prepare their dishes. If this location refuses to meet the same standard, then maybe it’s time to reconsider where you spend your money.

Save yourself the frustration. Avoid this place and take your business somewhere that actually values its guests.

I would give them a zero if I could. Waited 90 minutes for a shitty table at the worst part of the BAR.

Asked for no butter on pasta. Bag holding pasta was soaking with a puddle of butter leaking out of the dish. Great job! See image.

Great service and food

Everything was good and service waiting of time needs to work on a little bit more of waiting time to be less

Great service and atmosphere but did not have a great first impression of the food. Overpriced. The cheesecake is amazing though, but I would pass on having lunch again, it just wasn't worth the $$.

Very average food and service

This is by far the best Cheesecake Factory I’ve ever been to.

I go out to eat a lot, and since the pandemic, the service industry has gone down significantly. I kinda dread going anywhere because the service is usually egregious and the quality is never there. However, I came here for lunch today and was sat promptly at a booth with a beautiful marina view and my server, I believe his name was Rob, was very warm, friendly and impeccable at his job.

It is almost shocking to have such an exceptional server these days. It’s usually just the bare minimum and bad attitudes. So I had to write a review - with such a rare occurrence of positive restaurant experience.. especially from a chain!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! First of all, it smells like sewer around the cheesecake area. The staff had horrible attitudes, very rude and aggressive. We loved this location but will not be back. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!! Or find a different location.
