Although it was a Monday night, we did wait over 2 hours because there were a lot of graduations going on this week. After we sat down our order was taken right away and the food came out fast. Services was good as well. Kept the food order simple a club sandwich.

I go out to eat a lot, and since the pandemic, the service industry has gone down significantly. I kinda dread going anywhere because the service is usually egregious and the quality is never there. However, I came here for lunch today and was sat promptly at a booth with a beautiful marina view and my server, I believe his name was Rob, was very warm, friendly and impeccable at his job.

We had another amazing experience at the Cheesecake Factory, and once again, hats off to Robert, our server. He always goes above and beyond to take care of us, and this Mother’s Day was no exception. Despite the restaurant being absolutely packed, Robert was running around taking care of everyone with a smile—he made us feel truly valued and special.
