The food is great. The restaurant is clean. The service is FAST. (Out in less than 5 min) Only reason they don't get 5 stars is Their credit card machine asks for tip. Now I don't mind tipping but, geeez if I don't check my bag to go I don't get napkins or even a fork. I tipped and almost walked out without utensils ect. Also this is new, they took out their sauce dispenser so if you don't check your to go orders, no sauce, napkins or fork. That's disappointing.

Very disappointed w this location. I have been to many flame Broiler's in my day and never have I been more disappointed, disgusted and let down at any other location as I was at this one. We ordered a chicken bowl and a chicken plate. The chicken in both entrees had an excessive amount of bone and left over skin. It was absolutely disgusting. Abound this place at all cost unless you want gross food.

The one reason I like coming to this location, is there's hardly anyone in here. And on the rare occasion that there is somebody that's there it's quiet and mellow it's not like you have a bunch of kids screaming or even juveniles running around defacing the place it's just people want to eat. I like coming here cuz the food is delicious the service is so fast and the people are friendly, what more could you want. You really have nothing to lose by coming here and everything to gain.

I ordered online thru the Flame Broiler website to make things easier for pick-up and delivery, of course I receive my order and the avocado is missing. The person delivering my food cannot go thru my order so they can not verify all items are included, I'm disappointed that these issues never fail to happen at this restaurant. I also didn't get utensils when it was also emphasized in my order. Little things like that really make a difference in wanting to return for a second order.

Expensive for nothing, the bowl and plate have almost the same portion sizing. Prices have increased 40% and the food is trash. Such a rip off it’s not even funny. My meal costed more than the guy behind the counter makes an hour!

Im giving it 3 stars since I always come to this place but it seems like theyre getting lazier and lazier. They gave my chicken like this, its burnt. They clearly had it already cooked and heated it up on the stove, for too long obviously. Cant believe they would serve food that burnt.
