I love Wanna Chill! I wish there was one closer to Manhattan Beach because I can only go every once in a while, but sometimes I have work in Redondo Beach so I drop by for Wanna Chill Wednesdays to get the shaved ice deal! My tip is to get dole whip in the base of the shaved ice!

I don't think the service is 5 star at all...loved all the choices, the drinks in the cooler were 36grams of sugar!!! Was that real fruit sugar maybe? I got a pineapple thingies in the machine.... maybe real pineapple tastes like that, but I think it's all sugar...will be back because of the variety tho.

Menu Review the freezers, displays, and menu options prior to selecting because the options are so extensive. Huge selection of toppings. What we had Choco soft serve and berry lo carb. Very tasty-berry-chocolate-I wanted more chocolate flavor. Summary Extensive selection, great location, friendly service..

Very bad customer service. Asked Brandon if they put ice cream on my order because I kept digging through the ice and really didn't taste and see any ice cream in it. It was butter pecan and there was no bits of the nuts. He replied that he was the one who made it and it's a lie! Wow! Shocking that he would talk to a customer that way and he even hung up on me lol. So I called again and he hung up again. Third time I called was to a Lisa and told her I will come back to show them and to check on the other ones I ordered. I got there and Lisa girl is saying ice cream been mix in but where's the nuts? She couldn't even find them too smh. I've ordered it multiple times before and could tell the difference. I asked for a manager and she said it was the Brandon guy! Oh Lord! He is the manager??! I wasn't even upset for him to get so defensive and be rude to me when I first called . Who tells a customer a liar and would hung up the phone?! And Lisa just keeps insisting they gave me the right order and that she is trying to resolve the problem. She is a joke! All she did was aggravate me lol. Her excuse too for him hanging up the phone was that they get busy. Omg excuse me but that's not a smart excuse ! I will call the big boss tomorrow and see if I will talk to someone with sense. Crossing my fingers lol
