In this place they are charging more than $1 extra for each thing you order and when I complained she told me those are old prices, go away

They're cinnamon & pizza pretzels are bomb & I have only ever had friendly staff help.
Customer service is horrible!!! The female cashier always has and attitude and apparently doesn’t like to answer questions. 12/21 1:50pm she needs to do better.
I can never say no to a hot pretzel. But one thing about them. If they are not super fresh it will make a big difference.
It’s 3:40pm and I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes at the Wetzel Pretzel Kiosk with no staff in sight. Maybe the employee went to lunch or completely abandoned their shift. Either way there is no signage that the employee has left or will be back. Completely unprofessional.

Went there today. I asked for a pretzel with salt. I love a pretzel with salt. When I got home, took the pretzel out of bag, it had MAYBE a dozen grains of salt. I checked the bag to see if salt had fallen off. Bag was clean of salt. Come on guys. You do one thing. Pretzels. At least get that right. Won't be going back.

Horrible service and wasn't good
We went early all items were freshly made to perfection the dog bitz and pizza bitz were delicious with cheese and the cinnamon bitz were delicious. The staff was super friendly and informed us of the wait time.
Worse Wetzel’s pretzels ! The pretzels were hard and prior to getting the pretzel the employee said they made them 10 min ago! I asked for a cup of water and they said they couldn’t give me one ! Never come to this one

"Yummiestness" while you shop the mall out. Tasty-treat -finger-food easy to maneuver with your packages. Sweet or salty...pretzels...or, if you're really hungry...munch down on hot dogs. (Assorted coverings) Classy little place. Cherry folks ready to serve you with a smile.
